Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Geburtensimulator mit interaktiver optischer Anzeige zum Nachbilden von vorgeburtlichen Behandlungsmethoden und zur Simulation ausgewählter Situationen beim Geburtsvorgang, wobei der Geburtensimulator nachfolgende Merkmale aufweist: Einen Mutterleibstorso (1), der mit einem Untergrund (3) verbunden ist, ein Kindmodell (2), das in dem Mutterleibstorso (1) angeordnet ist, eine Kraft-Momenten-Sensoranordnung (6), die das Kindmodell (2) starr mit dem Untergrund (3) verbindet, wobei these KraftMomenten-Sensoranordnung (6) so ausgebildet ist, um Kräfte und Momente, die eine untersuchende Person (5) mit den Händen oder mit medizinischen Instrumenten auf das Kindmodell (2) aufbringt, zu detektieren und als Messsignale bereitzustellen, einen Bildschirm und eine programmierbare, einen Rechner aufweisende Auswertevorrichtung, die mit der Kraft-Momenten-Sensoranordnung (6) und dem Bildschirm signaltechnisch verbunden ist, wobei ein in dem Rechner implementiertes Simulationsprogramm so ausgebildet ist, dass die Messsignale in solche Bildsignale umwandelt werden, die das natürliche Bewegungsverhalten eines Kindes im Mutterleib als adäquate Reaktionsbewegungen der Wirkung der aufgebrachten Krafte und Momente in Echtzeit darstellen.
