To further simplify the assembly of the delivery unit according to the invention, however, it is helpful if the mixing tube of the suction jet pump with the delivery pump is designed as a preassembled structural unit. In the simplest case, the mixing tube with the fuel pump can be designed in one piece.

- the suction jet pump 8 sucks fuel through an opening 9 in the wall of the baffle 4 and conveys it to a deflection 11 via a vertically arranged mixing pipe 10.
- the suction jet pump 8 is connected to the feed line 7 via a propellant line 12.
- the deflection 11 is integrally connected to a cover 13 of the fuel pump 5.
- Contacts 14 for contacting the electric motor 6 are arranged in the cover 13.
