Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bande de papier ou de carton multicouches contenant des fibres recyclées. Ledit procédé consiste à former la bande multicouches constituée d'au moins deux couches à compositions de pâte différentes et à diluer la pulpe lors de la formation de chaque couche avec de l'eau de toile pour obtenir la consistance de la caisse de papier, puis, à l'acheminer au moyen de ladite caisse jusqu'à une section de toile, la bande étant ensuite déshydratée. Enfin, ledit procédé consiste à joindre ces couches en vue de former une bande multicouches. Ce procédé comprend une étape de passage de l'eau de toile éliminée de la section de toile lors de la formation de chaque couche à utiliser dans la dilution d'une puple d'une autre couche à acheminer.
