Abstract

L'invention concerne un micro-organisme bactérien comportant une séquence d'acide nucléique étrangère qui code une substance active. Selon l'invention, dans l'ADN chromosomique de ce micro-organisme, une séquence d'acide nucléique naturelle de la bactérie, qui code une enzyme bactérienne subit une délétion ou une mutation à condition que le produit de traduction résultant ne soit pas fonctionnel. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à des cellules qui sont infectées par lesdits micro-organismes, à des procédés de production de ces organismes, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation desdits micro-organismes, notamment pour produire des compositions pharmaceutiques.
