Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pâte; dans ce procédé, on dose de l'eau, de la farine et d'autres composants solides dans une phase à fine dispersion et de composants liquides dans une chambre comportant un orifice de sortie destiné au mélangeage des composants, on mélange les composants, on sort le mélange ainsi obtenu par un orifice de sortie et l'on accumule le mélange. Pendant le dosage dans la chambre les composants liquides sont dispersés dans la chambre, le mélangeage des composants se fait pendant le dosage dans la chambre par l'injection des particules de composants dans l'espace de la chambre de manière à assurer leur dispersion et à créer un système de dispersion de particules en suspension à l'intérieur d'un milieu gazeux, on crée des flux de particules en suspension, avant l'accumulation du mélange celui-ci est séparé du gaz, et le mélange obtenu se présente comme un ensemble de particules dont au moins une partie a la forme de granules à partir d'un mélange homogène de tous les composants, après quoi le mélange subit un mélangeage supplémentaire, avec l'ajout d'un élément liquide, et/ou est comprimé. L'invention permet de réduire la consommation électrique spécifique et d'augmenter l'homogénéité de la pâte.
