Technical Problem
But, there are the problems that the user's hands can burns by the hot vapor generated when the food in the pot boils and if the remain of food is intervened to the vent, the user has to cleanse by gouging the vapor vent out because the vapor vents in the circular hole are formed to each of places that is positioned in the center of a side surface of the cylindrical body (1).
Also, there is another problem that the manufacturing cost is very expensive because the handle of the pot-lid is screw-connected to the screw thread formed to the upper of the cylindrical body and the handle of the pot-lid must be manufactured separately.
Technical Solution
This invention is established to solve the problems sated above. It is an
object of the present invention to provide a handle of the pot-lid for preventing the contents in the pot from overflowing outward, characterized in if the food doesn't boil, the flange lid is put and attached to the top of the flange portion and the circulation hole for the vapor is sealed thereby, and if the food boils and then the pressure in the pot is risen, the flange lid is pushed and lifted by the vapor along the circulation hole for the vapor and the circulation hole for the vapor and the pressure discharge portion for the vapor are communicated with each other and the vapor is collected to the top of the pot-lid and discharged outward through the vapor vents that are formed to the bottom edge of the periphery of the vapor discharge portion for discharging of the vapor.
Advantageous Effects
The present invention as above has such the effects that it can prevent the overflowing of the contents in the pot because if the food in the pot doesn't boil, the pot-lid executes the function as the general pot-lid but if the food in the pot boils and the sound is generated while the flange lid is opened and closed by the pressure of the vapor frequently, it can prevent that any constant warming apparatus like the gas range, etc. is stained whenever the housewives cook because it has such a function that the pot-lid is opened automatically, and it can prevent any accident that can be
* generated by the flame on the constant warming apparatus like the gas range, etc. that is turned off at overflowing of the boiling food, whereby the vapor circulation hole in the flange portion is made bigger than others and the flange lid is impacted to the pot-lid.
Also, the present invention has such the effects that it can prevent the user's
hands from the scald by the vapor, whereby the vapor hasn't affected the handle of the pot-lid because it is collected to the upper face of the pot-lid and then discharged when the vapor generated by boiling of the food in the pot is discharged through the vapor vent, and it can easily clean the vapor vent, whereby the hemicyclic vapor vent is formed to the lateral lower edge portion of the vapor discharge portion manufactured by bending of the hemicyclic slice, and it is possible to reduce the manufacturing price because of using of the handle of the existing pot-lid
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
Referring now to the drawings the embodiments according to this invention are described in detail.
As shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the general pot-lid attaching the handle for the pot-lid (10) to the center portion of the pot-lid (30) and putting the metal lid flange and the ring type silicon band (31) that has the regular width and thickness together to the edge of the periphery of the pot-lid wherein it is comprised of, placing the flange portion with the vapor circulation hole (23) and the flange support (22) to the center bottom portion of the pot-lid (30), putting and fixing them together by the bolt (11) after laminating the flange lid (24) sealing the vapor circulation hole (23) in the center top portion of the pot-lid (30) and the vapor discharge portion (25) that is comprised of a plurality of the vapor vents (26) to the lateral lower portion of the pot-lid (30) and the handle of the pot-lid (10).
