Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour effectuer des transactions bancaires en utilisant des dispositifs de communication mobiles et un système informatique destiné à sa mise en pratique. Le procédé consiste à former et à envoyer un ordre de virement du montant de la transaction du compte du premier contractant (du consommateur utilisant un des dispositifs de communication mobiles) au compte du deuxième contractant (du fournisseur de biens et/ou de services). Dans le système informatique de virements, le serveur central du système (1) est relié au dispositif électronique de communication électronique (3) du premier contractant, au serveur de la banque (4) du premier contractant et au terminal (2) du deuxième contractant. Au moyen du serveur central du système on crée une offre commerciale relative à une proposition de transaction, qui comprend au moins les données relatives à l'objet de la transaction; on établit la connexion avec le dispositif mobile de communication électronique (3) du premier participant à la transaction et le serveur du système (1), avec transmission de l'offre commerciale sur le dispositif mobile de communication électronique. Les données relatives à la communication électronique sont affichées à l'écran du dispositif d'affichage du dispositif de communication mobile. On envoie depuis le dispositif mobile de communication électronique du premier contractant une confirmation de la transaction, et on envoie un ordre de virement du serveur central du système au serveur de la banque du premier contractant, ledit ordre portant sur le virement de la somme de transaction indiquée. L'invention porte aussi sur un système de transactions bancaires à échelle mondiale.
