Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à des systèmes de compensation permettant à des utilisateurs de dispositifs mobiles de communication électronique de réaliser des opérations de paiement. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste : à former et à enregistrer dans le serveur (1) du système selon l'invention des conditions liées au type de paiement, lesquelles comprennent au moins l'identification du destinataire des paiements, l'affectation, qui est commune pour tous les paiements d'un type donné, et une condition concernant le montant du paiement. A chaque type de paiement est associé un indice unique, que l'utilisateur saisit, par l'intermédiaire du dispositif mobile de communication électronique, avant d'effectuer le paiement, et une demande d'exécution du paiement est transmise au serveur du système en fonction de l'indice saisi. Avant l'exécution du paiement, les conditions liées audit type de paiement sont transmises, en réponse à ladite demande, du serveur du système au dispositif mobile de communication électronique (4), lesdites conditions s'affichant sur l'écran dudit dispositif mobile de communication électronique, ce qui permet à l'utilisateur de s'assurer de l'exactitude de l'indice de type de paiement saisi. Un ordre de paiement confirmé est ensuite transmis du dispositif mobile de communication électronique (4) au serveur du système (1), et, après réception dudit ordre de paiement, le paiement est réalisé, par le recours au serveur (2) de l'organisme de paiement correspondant.
