An assembly formed by a container closure device according to one of claims 1 to 3 and a container provided with an externally threaded cylindrical neck intended to engage with the internal thread of the side skirt of the cap and a attachment ring formed at the lower part of this neck, characterized in that the tamper-evident ring (5) is provided internally with an annular projection (11) whose upper and lower faces deviate from the side skirt of said ring by forming a curvature i- circular or substantially semi-circular, said annular projection being intended to cooperate with the hooking ring (14) which has an upper face deviating from the neck (12) of the container (13) first along a curved slope ( 15) in the direction of the body of the container then in a linear slope (16) which forms an acute angle with the normal to the longitudinal axis (XX) of the closure device and which optionally bends in a parallel edge (17) or substantially parallel to said longitudinal axis, the linear slope or the edge catching on the lower face (18) normal or substantially normal to said longitudinal axis.
