Definitions
- the present invention relates to a funnel having air holes, and a funnel having air holes in which a flange is extended from a funnel through which air passes through, and is fixed to a container for thereby preventing any movement of a funnel.
- a funnel is formed of a conical body having a larger inlet and a smaller outlet, and a slender tube that is narrowed in a lower direction or is integrally formed in a lower part of the body in a straight-line shape.
- the funnel is used when injecting fluid or powder into a container having a narrow entrance. Since the body of the funnel is tapered, when it is placed on the entrance of the container, the outer wall of the body of the funnel closely contacts with the inner wall cf the entrance cf the container, so that air is not flown. Therefore, fluid may be over flown over the funnel by an air pressure in the interior of the container. Even when a small amount cf air is flown, the fluid injected through the funnel is not injected at a proper speed, generating turbulence in the flow of liquid, so that the injecting speed is significantly decreased.
- a certain structure having a radial through hole is integrally formed at the intermediate part cf the tube cf the funnel.
- the above structure is placed on the entrance of the container. Therefore, when using the funnel, air flows into the interior of the container through the through hole of the structure, so that the fluid is injected at a certain speed. Therefore, the injection time is decreased.
- the position cf the structure since the structure designed to be placed on the entrance of the container is simply placed on the entrance of the container, the position cf the structure may be easily changed by the pressure applied from the upper side when injecting fluid, so that the fluid may be leaked to the outside. In order to prevent the fluid from being leaked, the placed position cf the funnel is continuously adjusted with respect to the injecting fluid of the fluid. Therefore, the injecting w>rk is complicated, and a fluid injection time is extended. Disclosure of Invention
- a funnel in which there are provided a conical body 101 having a wider inlet and a narrow outlet, and a tube 102 that is gradually narrowed in a lower direction at a slant angle smaller than the angle of the body 101 and is integrally formed in a lower part of the body 101 in a straight line shape wherein a structure 103 having a through hole 103 a is integrally formed in one side of the tube 102, and air is inputted into the interior of a container R through the through hole 103a when injecting fluid by placing the funnel on the container R, there is provided a funnel having air holes that is characterized in that a flange 104 is extended from an outer side of the structure 103, and a fixing member fixed to the container R is provided in one side of the flange 104, so that the whole structure of the funnel 100 is stably fixed to the container R using the fixing member.
- Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a funnel according to a first embodiment of the present invention
- Figure 2 is a view illustrating a state of use of a funnel according to a first embodiment of the present invention
- Figure 3 is a bottom perspective view illustrating a funnel according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
- Figure 4 is a view illustrating a use of funnel according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
- Figure 5 is a bottom perspective view illustrating a funnel according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
- Figure 6 is a view illustrating a user cf funnel according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
- Figure 7 is a view illustrating an engaged state of a funnel and a structure according to a fourth embodiment cf the present invention.
- a structure 103 having a through hole 103a in one side of the tube 102 is integrally formed.
- a flange 104 is extended from an outer side of the structure 103.
- a fixing member fixed to the container R is provided in one side of the flange 104. Therefore, the entire parts cf the funnel 100 are fixed to the container R using the fixing member.
- the flange 104 is bent in the downward direction from a rim of the structure 103.
- the flange 104 has an inner diameter that is gradually increased in the lower direction.
- a lower part of the flange 104 is formed of a fixing member formed cf a smooth material such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber silicon, smooth synthetic resin, etc. having a certain adhering property, so that the funnel is closely contacted with the outer side cf the container R.
- the funnel 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention When the funnel 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is placed on the container R like a bottle for injecting fluid, air can flow through the upper side of the entrance of the bottle of the structure 103, and the flange 104 is closely placed on the outer side of the bottle, so that the funnel 100 is fixed to the funnel 100.
- the funnel 100 is fixed to the bottle, even when a pressure of the fluid is applied to the body 101 of the funnel 100 when injecting fluid, the position cf the funnel 100 is not changed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the fluid from being leaked to the outside of the funnel for thereby implementing a convenient injection w>rk, and the injecting time is decreased.
- the flange 104 is vertically bent in the lower direction cf the structure 103.
- a threaded portion 105 acting as a fixing member is formed along the inner surface of the interior, so that the threaded portion is engaged with the entrance of the container R.
- the above structure may be usefully adapted in the case that the container R is a bottle shape.
- the above embodiment cf the present invention may be adapted to the universal types of the container.
- the flange 104 is horizontally extended from the outer side of the structure 103.
- a circular insertion groove 106 acting as a fixing member is formed in the extended portion and is formed in multiple steps in a concentric shape with respect to the center of the funnel 100, so that it is possible to selectively insert the containers R having different sizes.
- the funnel may be adapted for the purpose of universal use even when the container R has a certain shape or the container R has a certain entrance size. However, in the above case, an engaging force may be low.
- the funnel according to the present invention when the tube 102 and the structure 103 are always integrally formed, the funnel according to the present invention may be adapted to only the container based on its shape. Namely, the present invention may not be adapted to a particular shape.
- the funnel according to the present invention is preferably molded using a synthetic resin.
- Figure 7 is a view of the fourth embodiment of the present invention implemented based on the above problem.
- the structure 103 having the flange 104 and the tube 102 are separately molded.
- the insertion groove 107 is formed in the contacting portion of the structure of the tube 102 in a circumferential direction.
- An insertion hole 18 inserted into the insertion groove 107 of the tube 102 is formed in the center of the structure 103, so that the structure 103 is tightly engaged.
- the part of the funnel may be separately fabricated in other places.
- the structure 103 having the flange 104 may be selectively inserted into the tube 102 cf the funnel 100.
- the structure that the tube 102 is insertion-engaged with the structure 103 is adapted as an example.
- the structure 103 having the flange 104 may be inserted into the tube 102.
- the flange is formed in the tube, and the fixing member is provided in one side cf the flange.
