Definitions
- the invention is concerned in the device for correction of haemorrhoids and is suitable in particular for the treatment of the haemorrhoid early stages.
- haemorrhoids treating are well-known.
- suppositories or ointments which reduce the pains and limit the haemorrhage can be applied.
- the sclerotization of haemorrhoid centres is known, too.
- the conservative, therapy usually does not lead to the haemorrhoid curing, it causes only the mitigating of inconvenient manifestations of the disease and it is only a question of time, when the disease will fully manifest, usually in the greater extend.
- the puncture ligature of haemorrhoids the excision of haemorrhoids with puncture ligatures and the circular radial excision are used most frequently. Further, the electric coagulation with the use of diatermical cannula, the cryogenic destruction, i.e. the deep-freezing and application of a rubber ring on the base of the haemorrhoid centre are used. The relatively high pain and the long term of healing are disadventages of all these methods.
- the device for correction of haemorrhoids that is suitable in particular for the treatment of the first stages of haemorrhoids according to the invention, the nature of which consists in the fact that the device is composed of an adhesive part designated for the producing of the forced effect on the inner wall of the large colon and with the adhesive part of a connected operating part making possible to introduce the adhesive part of the device into the operating position and to produce the appropriate correction operation.
- the nature of the invention consists further in the adhesive part of the device being formed by a mean with the changeable form in the radial direction, the outer surface of which having a structure with a high coefficient of friction, advantageously the structure the high coefficient of friction of which appearing only during the forward movement of the device adhesive part.
- the nature of the invention consists also in the adhesive part being able to be alternatively formed by an elastic monolithic body or by the blow-up air-balloon.
- the nature of the invention consists further in the device operating part being formed by a rod sliding mounted in the tube, adhesive part being alternatively formed by elastic cover plates fitted by their one end on the rod front end and by their other end on the front end of the tube of the operating part, or the adhesive part being fo ⁇ ned by pivoted arms made on the tube front end, the inner walls of the arms being convergent in the direction towards to the tube front end and bearing against the step made on the front end of the rod of the operating part, or the adhesive part being formed by a scissor expanding mechanism, the arms of which being dumping made on the front ends of the tube and rod of the operating part and the outer arms ends being sliding made in the recess of the pressure scissor expansible mechanism.
- the nature of the invention consists in the adhesive part being alternatively formed by the perforated surface of the hollow body, the front end of which being closed and the operating part being arranged to its other end, formed by an elastic hose connected to the underpressure source.
- each opening of the perforated surface of the hollow body connected to the elastic hose separately.

- FIG. 6 demonstrates the device with an adhesive part formed by a scissor expanding mechanism in the engaging position
- FIG.7 demonstrates the device with an adhesive part formed by a scissor expanding mechanism in the operating position
- FIG. 8 demonstrates the device with an adhesive part formed by pivoted arms in the engaging position
- FIG. 9 demonstrates the device with an adhesive part formed by pivoted arms in the operating position.
- the device for correction of haemorrhoids consists of an adhesive part I that is connected with an operating part 2.
- the adhesive part 1 is alternatively constituted by the mean with the changeable form in the radial direction, as demonstrated on the FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 to FIG. 9, the outer surface of which has a structure with a high coefficient of friction, while it is advantageous when the outer surface of an adhesive part 1 has the structure the high coefficient of friction of which appears only during the forward movement of the adhesive part 1.
- the operating part 2 is formed by the rod 20, as demonstrated on the FIG. 1, or alternatively by the rod 21 , sliding arranged in the tube 22, as demonstrated from the FIG. 3 to FIG. 9.
- The. particular workmanship of the adhesive part 1 can be - in case of the operating part 2 being formed by a separate rod 20 in the form of an elastic monolithic body or in the form of a blow-up air-balloon IT, as demonstrated on FIG. 1, or - in case of the operating part 2 being formed by a rod 21 sliding arranged in the tube 22_, the adhesive part 1 can be made in the form of a hand- operated mechanism, as demonstrated on FIG.3 to FIG. 9.
- the particular workmanship of the mechanically operated adhesive part I can be e.g. in the form of elastic cover plates 12 attached with one end to the front end of the rod 21 and with another end to the front end of the tube 22 of the operating part 2, as demonstrated on FIG. 3 and FIG. 4.
- the mechanical operated adhesive part are arms 13 . pivoted arranged on the front end of the tube 22, the inner walls 131 of the arms 13 . being convergent in the direction towards to the tube 22 front end and bearing against the step 211 made on the front end of the rod 2_1 of the operating part 2, as demonstrated on FIG. 8 and FIG. 9.
- Another alternative of the mechanical operated adhesive part is the adhesive part 1_ being formed by a scissor expanding mechanism .14, the arms 141 of which are by their inner ends dumping arranged on the front ends of the tube 22 and of the rod 2_1 of the operating past 2 , the outer ends of the arms 141 being sliding arranged in the recess 143 of the pressure expansible mechanism 14, as demonstrated on FIG.5 to FIG. 7.
- the adhesive part 1 can be formed by the perforated surface 31 of the hollow body 3 , the front end of which being closed and to its other end the operating part 2 being arranged, formed by an elastic hose 23 connected to the non-shown underpressure source, as demonstrated on FIG. 2.
- each opening of the perforated surface 3J, of the hollow body 3 is connected to the elastic hose 23 separately.
- the adhesive part 1 After that, by the pressure on the separate rod 20, the adhesive part 1 will be shifted from the application tube 4_ into the colon area, increasing on this way its volume. In consequence of that, the surface of the adhesive part i beginns to make an pressure effect on the colon inner wall and the adhesive part 1 having the structure with the high coefficient of friction, it comes, by the following pushing the device, to the pulling of the colon into the patient body and to the correction of the haemorrhoid. After that, the device will be pulled out of the colon and because of the adhesive part 1 hav- ing the low coefficient of friction in the opposite moving direction, it comes to the sliding of the adhesive part 1 on the inner wall of the colon without pushing the colon out of the rectum.
- the adhesive part 1 of which is formed by the perforated surface 3_1 of the hollow body 3 at first, the device must be pushed into the rectum in that way that its adhesive part 1 formed by the perforated surface 31 does not stand out. After that, underpressure will be introduced into the adhesive part 1 through the elastic hose 23, consequently it comes to the suction of the colon inner wall to the perforated surface 3_1 and this enables, by the further move- ment of the device in the forward direction, to introduce the colon into the patient body. After stretching of the colon, the supply of the underpressure into the adhesive part 3 , of the device will be removed, consequently the suction of the colon inner wall to the adhesive part 1 will be removed and the device will be taken out from the rectum.
