After that, the device will be pulled out of the colon and because of the adhesive part 1 hav- ing the low coefficient of friction in the opposite moving direction, it comes to the sliding of the adhesive part 1 on the inner wall of the colon without pushing the colon out of the rectum.
  • the adhesive part 1 of which is formed by the perforated surface 3_1 of the hollow body 3 at first, the device must be pushed into the rectum in that way that its adhesive part 1 formed by the perforated surface 31 does not stand out. After that, underpressure will be introduced into the adhesive part 1 through the elastic hose 23, consequently it comes to the suction of the colon inner wall to the perforated surface 3_1 and this enables, by the further move- ment of the device in the forward direction, to introduce the colon into the patient body. After stretching of the colon, the supply of the underpressure into the adhesive part 3 , of the device will be removed, consequently the suction of the colon inner wall to the adhesive part 1 will be removed and the device will be taken out from the rectum.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de traitement des hémorroïdes qui comprend une partie adhésive (1) raccordée à la partie de commande (2). La partie adhésive (1) est constituée d'un dispositif à forme variable dans le sens radial, dont la surface externe a une structure à coefficient de friction élevé, et de façon avantageuse, la surface externe de la partie adhésive (1) a la structure dont le coefficient de friction élevé apparaît seulement lors du déplacement vers l'avant du dispositif. La mise en oeuvre particulière de la partie adhésive (1) a donné une partie adhésive se présentant sous la forme d'un corps monolithique élastique (11) ou sous la forme d'un ballonnet d'air (12), ou bien sous la forme d'un mécanisme manuel. La partie adhésive (1) peut être formée alternativement par une surface perforée d'un corps creux (3) dont l'extrémité avant est fermée et, sur l'autre extrémité, est adaptée une partie de commande (2) fabriquée dans un tuyau élastique (23) qui est raccordé à la source sous pression.
