Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil d'évaluation de mousses générées par des liquides. Les procédés connus sont lents et coûteux en main-d'oeuvre. Les nouveaux procédés consistent à générer des mousses à partir des liquides, et à obtenir par voie optique des informations permettant de mesurer des paramètres associés à la mousse générée. Bien que des échantillons simples de liquides puissent être traités, lesdits procédés sont particulièrement adaptés pour traiter de échantillons multiples de manière à obtenir des données associées aux mousses à un débit élevé. L'appareil est équipé d'un dispositif de manipulation automatique permettant aux échantillons d'être déplacés entre les stations de travail et par rapport à un dispositif optique associé utilisé pour obtenir des informations concernant les mousses.
