Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un conteneur de transport (1), qui définit un compartiment à marchandises pour véhicule et constitue simultanément un corps monocoque. Les parois du conteneur (2), le plancher (3) et le toit (4) sont composés de panneaux en nid d'abeilles (11, 12, 13), qui sont fixés à des cornières (5, 6) présentes dans les angles du conteneur. Chaque panneau en nid d'abeilles comprend une première planche de surface (11), qui présente une structure en nid d'abeilles définissant des âmes en nid d'abeilles (13) fixées à ladite planche par soudure laser (7), et une seconde planche de surface (12), qui est fixée au âmes en nid d'abeilles (13) par soudure laser (8). Ceci permet d'obtenir un conteneur autoporté plus léger que les conteneurs classiques, qui peut constitué, par exemple, sans aucune poutre de support, une semi-remorque de camion.
