Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et des procédés permettant de forer un puits utilisant un cuvelage. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant de dévier un cuvelage au moyen d'un appareil déflecteur. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, ledit appareil comprend un système de moteur disposé dans un logement, un arbre connecté de manière fonctionnelle audit système de moteur, cet arbre comprenant un passage, et un ensemble de déflexion disposé afin d'orienter un écoulement fluidique de manière sélective vers le système de moteur et le passage de l'arbre. Dans un dernier mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant d'effectuer un forage directionnel afin de placer un cuvelage dans une formation. L'invention concerne, en outre, des procédés et un appareil permettant de mesurer la trajectoire d'un puits tout en effectuant un forage directionnel afin de placer un cuvelage dans ladite formation.
