Claims (26)

  1. Ensemble de forage pour diriger une trajectoire d'un puits comprenant :
    un cuvelage interne (195) disposé de manière concentrique à l'intérieur d'un cuvelage externe (185) et fixé de manière opérationnelle à ce dernier ;
    le cuvelage interne (195) ayant un système de moteur (157) disposé à l'intérieur de ce dernier, dans lequel le système de moteur peut être retiré du cuvelage interne pour la récupération ;
    le cuvelage externe (185) ayant un élément de déviation pour modifier une direction de l'ensemble de forage ; et
    un élément d'extraction de terre (167) raccordé de manière opérationnelle à une extrémité inférieure du cuvelage interne (195) et peut tourner grâce au système de moteur (157) .
  2. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de déviation comprend une cale inclinée fixée de manière amovible à une partie inférieure de l'appareil de coupe.
  3. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de déviation comprend une perforation coudée à travers la partie inférieure de la colonne de cuvelage pour recevoir un fluide.
  4. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'élément de déviation comprend en outre une partie pliée dans la colonne de cuvelage pour dévier la colonne de cuvelage de préférence dans une direction.
  5. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de déviation comprend un second élément d'extraction de terre plus grand du point de vue du diamètre que le premier élément d'extraction de terre disposé sur une partie de l'ensemble de cuvelage au-dessus du premier élément d'extraction de terre.
  6. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de déviation comprend en outre un siège de pose pour y fixer un outil de contrôle.
  7. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'extraction de terre (167) comprend au moins une buse s'étendant à travers ce dernier, la au moins une buse ayant un alésage droit étendu s'étendant longitudinalement à travers cette dernière.
  8. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la au moins une buse peut être forée.
  9. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la au moins une buse comprend un matériau souple.
  10. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le matériau souple est du cuivre.
  11. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la au moins une buse comprend un revêtement fin réalisé avec un matériau dur, le matériau dur ayant une dureté supérieure à une dureté d'un matériau souple.
  12. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le matériau dur est de la céramique.
  13. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le matériau dur est le carbure de tungstène.
  14. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le système de moteur comprend :
    un système de commande de moteur disposé dans un boîtier du système de moteur ;
    un arbre raccordé de manière opérationnelle au système de commande de moteur, l'arbre ayant une voie de passage ; et
    un ensemble de déviation disposé pour diriger l'écoulement de fluide sélectivement vers le système de commande de moteur et la voie de passage dans l'arbre.
  15. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, comprenant en outre un verrou pour verrouiller, de manière amovible, le système de moteur sur le cuvelage interne.
  16. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l'ensemble de déviation comprend un manchon de fermeture ayant un ou plusieurs orifices, le manchon de fermeture étant disposé dans l'arbre.
  17. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l'ensemble de déviation comprend un disque de rupture disposé pour bloquer l'écoulement de fluide vers la voie de passage dans l'arbre.
  18. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le système de commande de moteur comprend un système hydraulique.
  19. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le système de commande de moteur comprend un système sélectionné parmi un système de turbine et un système de stator.
  20. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel l'élément d'extraction de terre (167) comprend une face de foret et une broche raccordée à l'arbre.
  21. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 20, dans lequel l'élément d'extraction de terre comprend un raccordement de fluide à la voie de passage dans l'arbre.
  22. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 21, dans lequel l'élément d'extraction de terre comprend un mécanisme d'arrêt pour arrêter l'écoulement de fluide à travers le raccordement de fluide.
  23. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, comprenant en outre un verrou de cuvelage fixé au boîtier du système de moteur, le verrou de cuvelage étant adapté pour fixer, de manière amovible le système de moteur sur une surface interne du cuvelage interne.
  24. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 23, dans lequel le verrou de cuvelage comprend un passage de fluide raccordé à la voie de passage dans l'arbre.
  25. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 23, comprenant en outre un ensemble de guidage raccordé au verrou de cuvelage, l'ensemble de guidage ayant un ou plusieurs sièges pour recevoir un dispositif sélectionné à partir d'une colonne intermédiaire et d'un dispositif d'orientation.
  26. Ensemble de forage selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le boîtier du système de moteur comprend une partie d'agrandissement pour augmenter une taille de cuvelage.
