  • the conventional beverage vessel configured as stated above has a problem in that the circular open end of the mouth portion inevitably causes the contents of the beverage vessel to dribble from the lips of the user at one side thereof when the user drinks the contents.
  • the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a beverage vessel which, when the user drinks the contents therein, can prevent the contents from dribbling from the lips of the user, can achieve adjustment in the discharge amount of the contents by making use of the lips of the user, and which can enable the user to continuously drink an appropriate amount of the contents. It is another object of the present invention to provide a beverage vessel, which can enable the user to drink the entire contents by preventing any of the contents from remaining at the inner surface thereof after dra-tking is completed.

  • the contents discharge hole 41 is defined by a circular arc rim 411 extending along a front peripheral region thereof, and a pair of symmetrically curved rims 413 extending integrally and inwardly from both ends of the circular arc rim 411, respectively.
  • the air inlet adjustment hole 42 is defined by an oval rim 421, which integrally extends between the ends of both the symmetrically curved rims 413 defining the contents discharge hole 41 so that it is opened within a range relatively smaller than that of the contents discharge hole 41.

  • the user first separates the lid 3 from the body portion 1 of the beverage vessel, and then places their lips on the mouth portion 4 so as to drink the contents while tilting the beverage vessel.
  • the upper and lower lips of the user cover the contents discharge hole 41, and the air inlet adjustment hole 42 is partially covered by the upper lip of the user as shown in Fig, 5.
  • Such a contents discharge amount adjustment function in accordance with the present invention has an effect of preventing the contents of the beverage vessel from dribbling from the lips due to the excessive discharge of the contents.
  • This contents discharge amount adjustment function is especially advantageous in that it allows children to slowly drink an appropriate amount of the contents being discharged from the beverage vessel with an adjusted discharge rate, thereby eliminating various problems which might be generated due to the rapid drinldng of the excessive amount of the contents.

  • the circumferential portion 31 of the lid 3 is divided into a front circumferential portion 311 extending downward from the circular arc rim 411, and a rear circumferential portion 312 extending downward from the symmetrically curved rims 413 and oval rim 421.
  • the rear circumferential portion 312 is a portion for use in the opening operation of the lid 3. In a state wherein the circumferential portion 31 of the lid 3 closely surrounds and covers the upper region of the beverage vessel, the rear circumferential portion 312 extends downward across a longer vertical distance than the front circumferential portion 311. In this case, the user can easily separate the flat sheet shaped lid 3 from the mouth portion 4 by pulling the relatively longer rear circumferential portion 312 with their fingers.

  • the body portion 1 of the beverage vessel is centrally formed with an indented portion 12 along a part of its circumference to facilitate gripping of the beverage vessel.
  • a contents flow portion 5 is integrally formed with the body portion 1 to communicate with an inner space of the beverage vessel, and serves to prevent contents from remaining inside the beverage vessel after the discharge of the contents is completed.
  • the contents flow portion 5 comprises a contents flow passage 51 protruding outward from the view of the indented portion 12 and communicating with the inner space of the beverage vessel.
  • the contents flow passage 51 has an inner surface positioned at the same radial plane as an inner peripheral surface of the body portion 1 above and below the indented portion 12. Both sides of the contents flow passage 51 are provided with inclined side walls 52, respectively, which integrally extend from the ends of the indented portion 12.
  • the contents flow passage 51 wherein its inner surface is at the same radial plane as the inner peripheral surface of the beverage vessel, ensures smooth flow of the contents toward the contents discharge hole 41, thereby enabling the user to drink the entire contents without waste.
  • the present invention provides a beverage vessel which, when the user drinks contents therein, can prevent the contents from dribbling from the lips of the user, and can achieve an adjustment in the discharge amount of the contents by making use of the lips of the user, thereby allowing the user to more stably drink the contents.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient pour boissons qui, lorsque l'utilisateur boit son contenu, empêche ce dernier de couler des lèvres de l'utilisateur, permet d'ajuster la quantité de boisson délivrée au moyen des lèvres de l'utilisateur et évite qu'une partie du contenu reste sur la surface intérieure dudit récipient. Ce récipient comprend principalement une partie corps, une partie goulot formée à l'extrémité supérieure de la partie corps et servant à délivrer le contenu, et un capuchon servant à fermer la partie goulot. Cette dernière comprend un orifice servant à délivrer le contenu, formé à une extrémité supérieure de la partie goulot. Ledit orifice présente un rebord en arc de cercle le long d'une zone périphérique, dans laquelle la partie goulot vient en contact étroit avec les lèvres de l'utilisateur, ainsi qu'une paire de rebords incurvés de manière symétrique formant une seule pièce avec les deux extrémités du rebord en arc de cercle et s'étendant vers l'intérieur du récipient à partir desdites extrémités. Ledit orifice présente en outre un orifice d'ajustement d'entrée d'air communiquant avec l'orifice servant à délivrer le contenu et présentant un rebord ovale formant une seule pièce avec les extrémités des deux rebords incurvés de manière symétrique et s'étendant entre ces extrémités, de façon à définir une largeur inférieure à celle de l'orifice servant à délivrer le contenu.
