Abstract

Cette invention concerne des compositions utilisées pour éteindre les incendies de liquides organiques inflammables de diverses classes. La composition servant à éteindre les incendies de liquides inflammables renferme les composants suivants : entre 10,0 et 15,0 % en masse d'alkylsulfonates primaires ; entre 7,0 et 12,0 % en masse de sulfoéthoxylates ; entre 0,2 et 1,0 % en masse de polymère réticulé d'acide polyacrylique ; entre 0,7 et 2,0 % en masse d'une substance tensio-active contenant du fluor, laquelle substance tensio-active contient des groupes à structure hétérocyclique ou des groupes fluoroalkyle, le reste étant constitué d'eau. Cette composition peut par ailleurs contenir jusqu'à 1,0 % en masse de mono- ou diéthanolamines et jusqu'à 10 % en masse d'éthylèneglycol. La composition de cette invention présente simultanément un effet protecteur prolongé, une efficacité élevée d'extinction des incendies ainsi qu'un faible coût de production.
