Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'aide comprenant un premier dispositif d'aide (2) installé de préférence en tant que partie d'une application sur un dispositif de traitement de données (3). Ce premier dispositif d'aide (2) met à disposition d'un utilisateur, sur la base de données contextuelles définies par l'utilisateur, notamment sur la base de mots de recherche, des données d'aide qui sont mémorisées dans le premier dispositif d'aide (2) et par conséquent dans le dispositif de traitement de données. Selon l'invention, ce système d'aide présente un deuxième dispositif d'aide (5), auquel le dispositif de traitement de données (3) accède de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'Internet, de sorte que des données contextuelles définies par l'utilisateur en liaison avec le premier dispositif d'aide (2) soient automatiquement prises en charge dans le deuxième dispositif d'aide en tant que données contextuelles. Le deuxième dispositif d'aide (5) met à disposition de l'utilisateur, sur la base de ces données contextuelles, des données d'aide supplémentaires qui sont mémorisées dans le deuxième dispositif d'aide (5).
