Abstract

Marteau perforateur ou à percussion qui possède un boîtier (10), un porte-outil (11) et un ensemble de percussion (12) à coussin pneumatique. L'ensemble de percussion (12) à coussin pneumatique comporte un piston (21) pouvant être entraîné par un moteur et destiné à effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient, un percuteur (22) entraîné par le piston (21) et un mandrin (14) guidant le piston (21). Pour faire passer l'ensemble à percussion (12) à coussin pneumatique en marche à vide lorsque l'outil est éloigné du site de travail, ledit marteau comporte une ouverture (31) de marche à vide et un ressort (35) de marche à vide. Selon la présente invention, pour obtenir une marche à vide sûre sur une course à vide longue de l'ensemble à percussion (12) et pour obtenir un marteau de fabrication peu onéreuse et de construction simple, le mandrin (14) est fixé axialement non coulissant dans le boîtier (10) et le porte-outil (11) est conçu axialement coulissant. Le ressort (35) de marche à vide s'appuie sur le porte-outil (11) et sur un anneau de butée (26) fixé axialement non coulissant (26).
