Abstract

Ein elektrisches Substrat zum Einsatz als Träger von Biomolekülen bei einem Verfahren zur elektrochemischen Detektion in einer Elektrolytlösung weist eine isolierende Trägerplatte (12) auf, die ein Leiterbild (20; 20A-20C, 28) mit Leiterbahnen (20; 20A-20C) und Anschlusskontaktflächen trägt, und auf den Leiterbahnen (20; 20A-20C) angeordneten Teststellen (24) zum Aufbringen von Biomolekülen (26), wobei die Leiterbahnen (20; 20A-20C) einen Metallkern (14) aus einem gut leitenden Unedelmetall und eine äußere Goldschicht (18) aufweisen und wobei die Leiterbahnen (20; 20A-20C) mit einer Diffusionssperrschicht (16) versehen sind, die bei dem elektrochemischen Detektionsverfahren einen direkten Kontakt der Elektrolytlösung mit dem Metallkern (14) verhindert.
