FUNDA PROTECTORA DE OBJETOS DELICADOS
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una funda protectora de objetos delicados, especialmente objetos portátiles tales como teléfonos móviles, gafas, mandos de control remoto para aparatos electrónicos domésticos, u otros que por su naturaleza o material con el que están realizados requieran de protección contra golpes y ralladuras.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Actualmente, para proteger este tipo de objetos delicados portátiles se utilizan unas cubiertas rígidas. El problema de las cubiertas o fundas rígidas estriba en que cuando no se están usando ocupan un espacio considerable, lo que supone un inconveniente. Además, en muchas ocasiones el tamaño y rigidez de la propia funda hace que no pueda ser transportado cómodamente por el usuario en el interior de un bolsillo o bolso, debiéndose transportar en la mano con el consiguiente engorro que ello supone.
Para evitar este problema, se ha recurrido a las fundas confeccionadas mediante la unión de piezas laminares de materiales diversos, tales como piel, plástico, goma, etc, cuales fundas incorporan costuras que, además de constituir un punto débil, acumulan polvo y suciedad que repercute en el deterioro del objeto que se está intentando proteger. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Para subsanar los inconvenientes mencionados es por lo que se ha creado la nueva funda protectora de objetos delicados, merced a la cual se consigue una funda con una costrucción tal que facilita su almacenaje y a la vez asegura una buena protección del objeto alojado en su interior, conseguiendo por tanto una duración superior de su vida útil.
De acuerdo con la invención, esta funda protectora de objetos delicados consta de un cuerpo tubular conformado por un tejido circular de género de punto, preferentemente en punto liso, que está destinado a albergar en su interior el objeto a proteger. Este cuerpo tubular incluye en su extremo inferior una costura fina para efectuar el cierre de dicho extremo, y en su extremo superior se dispone la boca de entrada para la introducción en su interior del objeto a proteger. Esta boca de entrada está provista de un tramo elástico que tiende a facilitar el cierre, impidiendo la salida involuntaria del articulo alojado en su interior.
El cuerpo tubular puede conformarse con materiales naturales, como puede ser el algodón, etc, o bien con materiales sintéticos tales como el poliéster. La elección entre un tipo de material u otro se realizará en función del tipo de objeto al que vaya destinada la funda; habiéndose previsto que el cuerpo tubular esté conformado preferentemente por un tejido circular en punto liso. El tramo elástico definido en la boca de la funda puede estar conformado por un tejido circular de género de punto que incluya en su confección materiales elásticos, con lo que no es necesario añadir posteriormente un elástico que supondría un incremento de los costes de fabricación y de manipulación.
Según la invención, la funda presenta un recubrimiento interior encargado de proporcionar una mayor protección al objeto alojado en su interior. Dicha capa protectora puede estar conformada por un recubrimiento protector acolchado, por un recubrimiento antihumedad, por un recubrimiento antideslizante o por una combinación de los anteriores.
Se ha previsto que el cuerpo tubular pueda presentar, opcional ente, en su superficie exterior unos motivos decorativos definidos en el propio tejido conformante del cuerpo tubular, estampados, bordados, incrustados y en definitiva definidos o fijados a la funda por cualquier medio.
Los objetos cuya protección puede ser llevada a cabo por esta funda son por ejemplo teléfonos móviles, gafas, mandos de control remoto para aparatos electrónicos domésticos, y cualquier otro objeto portátil. Obviamente, según sea el tamaño del objeto a proteger será la medida de la funda. Además, dado el tipo de tejido que conforma la funda, ésta permite un cómodo doblado para su almacenaje cuando no se está usando. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de facilitar la comprensión de las características de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva un juego de dibujos en los que, con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se representa lo siguiete:
La figura 1 muestra una vista exterior de la funda protectora de objetos delicados.
Y la figura 2 muestra una vista, por la cara interior, de la funda protectora de objetos delicados.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
Consiste la invención en una funda protectora de objetos delicados, formada por un cuerpo tubular (1) conformado por un tejido circular de género de punto, un tramo elástico (2) dispuesto en correspondiencia con una boca de entrada (3) definida en uno de los extremos del cuerpo tubular (1) y una costura fina (4) que cierra de forma permanente el extremo opuesto de dicho cuerpo tubular (1) .
El tramo elástico (2) facilita el cierre de la boca de entrada (3) impidiendo la salida accidental del producto a proteger contenido en el interior de la funda.
Tal como puede apreciarse en la figura 2, la funda incluye un recubrimiento interior (5) encargado de proporcionar una mayor protección al objeto a proteger. Dicha capa protectora puede estar conformada por un recubrimiento protector acolchado, por un recubrimiento antihumedad, por un recubrimiento antideslizante o por una combinación de los anteriores.
De forma opcional, la funda puede presentar medios de cuelgue, tal como un cordón.
Por otro lado, la funda puede presentar en su superficie exterior unos motivos decorativos (6) definidos en el propio tejido circular constitutivo del cuerpo tubular (1).
Se sobreentiende que en el presente caso serán variables cuantos detalles de construcción y acabado no alteren, cambien o modifiquen la esencia de la invención.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- FUNDA PROTECTORA DE OBJETOS DELICADOS, caracterizada porque consta de un cuerpo tubular (1) conformado por un tejido circular de género de punto, un tramo elástico (2) dispuesto en correspondencia con una boca de entrada (3) definida en uno de los extremos del cuerpo tubular (1) y una costura fina (4) que cierra de forma permanente el extremo opuesto de dicho cuerpo tubular (1) .
2.- FUNDA PROTECTORA DE OBJETOS DELICADOS, según la anterior reivindicación, caracterizada por el hecho de que la funda presenta un recubrimiento interior (5) conformante de una capa protectora.
3.- FUNDA PROTECTORA DE OBJETOS DELICADOS, según las anteriores reivindicaciones, caracterizada porque la capa protectora (5) está conformada por un recubrimiento protector acolchado, por un recubrimiento antihumedad, por un recubrimiento antideslizante o por una combinación de los anteriores.
4.- FUNDA PROTECTORA DE OBJETOS DELICADOS, según las anteriores reivindicaciones, caracterizada porque el tramo elástico (2) está conformado por un tejido circular de género de punto que incluye materiales elásticos.
5.- FUNDA PROTECTORA DE OBJETOS DELICADOS, según las anteriores reivindicaciones, caracterizada por el hecho de presentar medios de cuelgue.
