Description

Scheibenegge Disc
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Scheibenegge gemäß des Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a disc harrow according to the preamble of claim 1.
Disc harrows of this type have become known in practice. These disc harrows have discs of the same diameter. Due to the same diameter of the inner discs throwing inwards, excessive work intensity is achieved in the outer area of the working width of the disc harrow.
In disc harrows, the discs of which are arranged on a shaft running transversely to the direction of travel, attempts have been made to avoid this disadvantage by making the outer disc throwing inwards smaller in diameter than the other discs. For a working depth, the disc harrow can be adjusted in such a way that the outer disc throwing inwards just touches the ground surface. When the working depth of the disc harrow is increased, the outer disc throwing inwards produces too much work intensity, while when the working depth is shallow, the outer disc throwing inwards is too far away from the ground surface, and thus has an effect. At different working depths, disks of different diameters were needed. This exchange is very complex and requires many disks of different diameters.
The invention has for its object to be able to adapt the operation of the discs of a disc harrow, especially outdoors, to the working conditions at different working depths of the disc harrow. This object is achieved by the characterizing feature of claim 1. As a result of this measure, the outer disc throwing inwards can be optimally adjusted to the working depth of the disc harrow. The inward throwing outer pane can be adjusted so that it just touches the ground with the lower edge of the pane. This means that the outer pane can only touch the ground surface at all adjustable working depths. The soil that is thrown up by the remaining disks is conveyed back from the outer disk into the working area of the machine. Due to the length adjustment of the holding arm, the diameter of the outer disc is equal to the diameter of the other discs. A larger disc diameter is better because larger discs can move more soil material inwards. By adjusting the length of the holding arm, the outer pane can be optimally adjusted to the working conditions in such a way that the lower pane edge of the inwardly projecting outer pane just touches the ground surface.
In one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the holding arm consists of two parts which can be telescopically extended and retracted relative to one another and can be adjusted to one another in different positions.
The holding arm can have an angular cross section or a square or rectangular tube.
Hierbei zeigenIn another embodiment of the holding arm, it is provided that the holding arm is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable and adjustable relative to the crossbar. The disc harrow has a frame 1 which connects the at least two crossbars 2 to one another. Arranged on the frame 1 is a central frame which carries the two disc harrow halves which can be folded towards one another. Coupling elements are arranged on the central frame, via which the disc harrow is to be coupled to an agricultural tractor. Behind the disc harrow 1 additional floor elements, such as rollers, or Säorgane are to be arranged a sowing machine to the central frame or the 'frame. On this crossbar 2 are each arranged 3 slices 4 by means of holding arms pointing obliquely backwards and downwards. The disks 4 are rotatably attached to these holding arms 3. The disks 4 are thus arranged in at least two transverse rows 5 and 6 one behind the other. The discs 4 are inclined at an angle to the direction of travel 7. One row 5 is set at an angle to the other 6, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. Thus, the disks 4 of the front transverse rows 5 throw the floor to the right, as indicated by the arrows 8, while the disks 4 of the rear transverse row 6 throw the floor to the left, as indicated by the arrows 9. The disks 4 are arranged offset from one another as seen from the rear, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. At least the length of the holding arm 3 ', of the outer disc 4' throwing inwards, is adjustable. According to the embodiment of FIGS. 1-6, the holding arm 3 'consists of two parts 10 and 11, which are telescopically apart and retractable and adjustable in different positions. For this purpose, at least one elongated hole 12 is arranged at least in one part 10 of the holding arm 3 ', through which a bolt 13 is inserted, which is connected to the other part of the holding arm 11. In order to achieve stable guidance of the two parts 10 and 11 of the holding arms 3 ', parts 10 and 11 of the holding arm 3' are of angular cross-section in accordance with the exemplary embodiments in FIGS. 1 to 6. By loosening the bolts 13, the two parts 10 and 11 of the holding arm 3 can be telescopically displaced relative to one another, so that the outer pane 4 'can be displaced upwards or downwards relative to the crossbar 2. Thus, the lower edge 14 of the coulter of the outer disc 4 'throwing inwards can be adjusted with a correspondingly selected working depth of the remaining discs 4 of the disc harrow so that the outer disc 4' throwing inwards, at least approximately Touches the ground surface. As a result, the outer disc 4, the soil and soil thrown outward by the adjacent discs 4, throws the remaining discs 4 towards the center of the disc harrow. The outer disc 4 'should not work the soil in the same way as the other discs 4 of the disc harrow, but should create a clean working limitation of the disc harrow. Since the outer disc 4 ', in contrast to the prior art, has the same diameter as the other discs 4 and on the other hand the lower edge 14 of the share is set higher by a dimension than the lower edge 15 of the other discs 4, it can move a lot of soil material on the one hand and on the other hand Create a clean finish to the working area of the disc harrow outdoors.
Instead of an angular cross-sectional configuration of the holding arm 3, it is also possible to design the holding arm as a square or rectangular tube.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 7 differs from FIGS. 1 to 6 in that the holding arm 16 does not consist of two parts that can be displaced relative to one another in a telescopic manner, but rather the holding arm 16 is arranged so as to be longitudinally displaceable and adjustable relative to the crossbar 2.
