Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'injection de carburant (1) pour un moteur à combustion interne, notamment un moteur à combustion interne à allumage par étincelle à injection directe du carburant dans la chambre de combustion. Ce dispositif d'injection de carburant (1) comprend un distributeur de carburant (2) présentant des raccords (3) qui font saillie latéralement et dans lesquels sont insérés les injecteurs de carburant (4) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer. L'injecteur de carburant (4) est précontraint contre la partie inférieure de la culasse, au moyen d'un ressort profilé fixé au distributeur de carburant (2), afin d'obtenir une installation étanche aux gaz de l'injecteur de carburant (4) sur la culasse. Le ressort profilé (10) sert de système de retenue. Cette invention permet d'atteindre un équilibre des tolérances de fabrication entre le distributeur de carburant et la culasse et d'obtenir des forces de précontrainte identiques sur tous les injecteurs de carburant.
