Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de transport, notamment un système de transport en suspension, conçu pour transporter des produits à transporter à des dispositifs de transport qui peuvent être entraînés le long d'un système de voie de transport au moyen d'un système d'entraînement (30). Selon un aspect, le système d'entraînement (30) comprend au moins un ensemble rotatif d'éléments de poussée (32) présentant une pluralité d'éléments de poussée (34) tournant de manière continue les uns derrière les autres. Ces éléments de poussée sont entraînés au moyen d'au moins une unité de traction dans la direction de rotation, de façon à transmettre la poussée d'un élément à l'élément suivant et permettent de mettre les dispositifs de transport en prise d'entraînement amovible avec leur entraînement le long d'au moins une partie du système de voie de transport. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré de cette invention, les éléments de poussée (34) sont composés de galets de roulement qui roulent en sens inverse l'un sur l'autre entre deux voies de guidage (36) et sont alternativement guidés de façon à rouler respectivement sur une des voies de guidage (36).
