Abstract

(목 적) 로울러컨베이어(1)에 있어서 반송경로중을 반송하고 있는 물품(15)에 대하여 이것을 소정위치(소정구역 A 내지 D)에서 정지시키거나 그후 재차 반송시키는 것이 필요에 따라서 제어할 수 있게 된다.
(구 성) 로울러(4)에 대하여, 구동축(3)에 의한 회전력이 슬립조인트(5)를 개재하여 전달되도록 하여 두고, 반송경로중의 소정구역(A 내지 D)에서 물품(15)의 반송을 정지시키는 데는, 그 구역(A 내지 D)에 포함되는 모든 로울러(4)에 대하여 에어백등을 사용한 브레이크체(6)를 압접시킨다.

Claims (1)

  1. 좌우 한쌍의 프레임(2)과, 이들 프레임(2)에 회전자재하게 설치된 다수의 구동축(3)과, 이들 구동축에 슬립조인트를 개재하여 종동회전 자재하게 설치된 로울러(4)를 보유하며, 그 반송경로가 복수의 구역으로 구분되고, 이들 구역마다 로울러의 회전을 정지시키는 브레이크체(6)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러컨베이어.
