Abstract

Pour réaliser un câble supraconducteur en oxyde souple présentant une faible perte de courant alternatif, on en recouvre les fils supraconducteurs en forme de ruban d'un métal stabilisateur enroulé sur une forme souple. Les fils supraconducteurs sont de préférence posés sur la forme avec une contrainte de courbure n'excédant pas 0,2 %. Lors de la pose sur la forme, un certain nombre de fils supraconducteurs en forme de ruban sont posés sur un élément noyau, côte à côte, de façon à former une première couche. Une quantité spécifique de fils supraconducteurs en forme de ruban sont déposés sur la première couche, côte à côte, de façon à former une deuxième couche. La forme, qui peut être en métal, en plastique, en plastique renforcé, en polymère ou en composite, confère de la souplesse aux fils supraconducteurs et au câble ainsi réalisé. L'invention concerne également des procédés de formage et de terminaison d'un supraconducteur triaxial.
