Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine des démarreurs pour moteurs de véhicules automobiles. Le démarreur est du type comportant un pignon lanceur mobile axialement sur un arbre moteur du démarreur, entraîné par une douille d'entraînement et coopérant avec un levier actionné par un contacteur par l'intermédiaire d'un tirant, et il comprend un pignon lanceur (3) monté sur un manchon lanceur (4) solidaire de la douille d'entraînement (2) de telle sorte que le pignon lanceur (3) se désolidarise du manchon (4) sous un couple correspondant à un régime de rotation déterminé. Il est couplé par l'intermédiaire du levier basculant (8) et du tirant (11), à un dispositif formant coupe-circuit mécanique comportant un ressort de rappel taré (25) susceptible de retenir le tirant (11) dans le solénoïde (12) jusqu'à un seuil prédéterminé de force de traction. Application aux démarreurs sécurisés.
