Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beeinflussung und Kontrolle der Oxidschicht auf metallischen Bauteilen heisser CO2/H2O-Kreislaufsysteme, insbesondere von CO2/H2O-Gasturbinenanlagen, wobei ein kohlenwasserstoffhaltiger Brennstoff mit Sauerstoff verbrannt wird und wobei das dabei entstehende überschüssige CO2 und H2O dem Kreislaufsystem an geeigneter Stelle entnommen werden. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Schutz der Oxidschicht der thermisch belasteten Bauteile mit einem Sauerstoffüberschuss gefahren wird, dessen Höhe vom jeweiligen Zustand der Oxidschicht abhängig ist, und wobei der Zustand der Oxidschicht durch periodische und/oder kontinuierliche Messungen ermittelt wird.
