Abstract
Изобретение относится к отрасли цветной металлургии, а именно - к способу изготовления детали с защитным покрытием и детали для газотурбинного двигателя, изготовленной этим способом. Способ предусматривает осуществление нагрева детали с помощью графитовых нагревательных элементов в атмосфере, которая свободна от кислорода, до температуры окисления в пределах заранее определенного температурного диапазона, при этом деталь содержит субстрат и связующее покрытие на него нанесенное, установление парциального давления в атмосфере после нагрева до температуры окисления, окисление по крайней мере части связующего покрытия в течение 15 минут или меньше при указанном парциальном давлении и температуре окисления для образования желаемого типа оксида алюминия и исключение образования других типов нежелательных оксидов и последующее нанесение керамического покрытия на этот оксид. Деталь включает субстрат и связующее покрытие из сплава MCrAlY, нанесенное на субстрат и нанесенное на него керамическое покрытие. Изобретение обеспечивает увеличение срока работоспособности оборудования, которое используют как для нагрева, так и для нанесения покрытия.
