Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de réduction de la capacité de récipients dans des processus de remplissage et de transport de produits liquides, et un récipient flexible correspondant permettant de réduire la capacité. Le procédé consiste à introduire un récipient flexible à l'intérieur du récipient extérieur, puis à le remplir d'un fluide approprié, tel que l'eau, l'air, etc., et, si nécessaire, à extraire ledit récipient flexible dès que ladite extraction est nécessaire. Le récipient flexible comprend un conduit de remplissage et, éventuellement, une pointe inférieure, laquelle lui donne une certaine stabilité pour le maintenir sur pied à l'intérieur, permettant ainsi de distribuer de manière homogène les volumes (ce qui est particulièrement important dans le processus d'imprégnation des fûts avec du vin). L'invention est utilisée dans la réduction de la capacité de récipients.
