Abstract

Un moyen de capture de particules détachées par un laser (4) permet de les attirer et de les empêcher de retomber mieux que ne le ferait un moyen de balayage traditionnel par soufflage. Diverses catégories de forces d'attraction peuvent être exploitées. On pourra aussi utiliser un moyen de destruction des particules, comme un deuxième laser à forte puissance au-dessus de la surface (3) travaillée.
