Abstract
Self-moving automatic machine for the realization of the plasters for building walls
that creates a succession of vertical plaster stripes through: a rotor (5) equipped
with two or more rows of flat rectangular metal trowels (4). Each row of which is
set out of phase with the text, which applies mortar to the wall after it has been
introduced from above and mixed by an initial, similar trowel rotor with a smaller
diameter; a series of rollers (6), from two to four, which work together with synchronism,
spread the product applied by the rotor trowels on the wall surface, and in the
position immediately below this, a rod with a trimmer plate (7), calibrated and
adjusted by the operator before the appliance itself is activated, is delegated
to control the final thickness of the layer of plaster and recover any excess product
applied which is, then, put back into circulation by the belt (8) which rotates
against the rotor (5). The machine, to downstream of the loading type effected,
is able, in manner of all snap fastener, of properly homogenize the mixture and
of spreading the product for finished breadth on the walls, practically corresponding
to the frontal transversal dimensions of the machine. The operative patterns
of the machine spread layered verticals of 50 or 100 breadth centimeters. This
dimensions are possible to vary to downstream of the operative light of the machine,
that is in case adjustable.
Description
SELF-MOVING AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR PLASTERING BUILDING WALLS
Technical field
The invention refers to the field of the machines for building and particularly to the field of the machines to realize building plasters.
State of the technique
For the realization of the plasters, on inside and external walls, exclusively is made use of specialized manpower, that provides once manually to the superficial finishing touch of the product that this has manually been projected on the surfaces and/or with trials to spray. The times of this procedure are remarkables with resulted not always uniforms and homogeneous.
Purposes and advantages of the invention Purpose of the present invention is that to obviate to the inconveniences of the previous technique with to realize an automatic machine to plaster, able on vertical, both inside and external walls, the layer leading or the ready superficial plaster to already be affixed for the last hand of superficial finishing touch (painting). Other purpose of the present invention in accord with that precedent is that to accelerate and to conform the trial of the use of plaster nearly guaranteeing at the same time a well mixed and homogeneous plaster and the realization of layers with constant thickness.
Other purpose of the present invention in accord with those previous is to realize a machine installed on an own autonomous structure of support and elevation or on an auxiliary structure as, for instance, an able mobile bridge also to reach notable heights and remotely controlled.
Description of the drawings and way of realizing the invention These and other characteristics as well as advantages will result evident from the following description and from the enclosed drawings furnished to only indicative purpose and not limitative in which: the fig.1 schematically shows, in a frontal sight, the various components of the machine that realize the spreading of the layers of the plaster on the wall; the fig. 2 show in a side sight the various components of the machine that realize the containment, the blennding the spreading as well as the recovery of the layers of the plaster in excess. The invention illustrated in the drawings, in a first form of preferred realization, included a body (1) in aluminum league, light and resistant to the solicitations of use, or in an equivalent material, for instance a tecnopolymer, that introduces in the fore high part a cover of plate or load door (2) with automatic closing with elements of tight, and of a first trowels rotor that handles to work the product ready once that the same has been loaded in the relative tray of containment; in the lower part the restraints elements (3) that they serve to the connection with the structure of support and manoeuvre.
The product introduced in the machine, is mixed at the same time for realizing a more uniform gradation and projected on the building walls by metallic trowels (4) to flat rectangular form, set out in radial direction along a rotor (5) in two or more
file. Every line of trowels is set out so that to be confused with the following one, for a best and more complete taking of the material to be launched on the walls. A series of rollers (6), from two to four, which work together and with synchronism, they handle to stretch the product launched by the trowels (4) of the rotor (5) on the surfaces of the building walls. In underlying position there is immediately a road with a trimmer plate (7) calibrated and adjusted by the operator before the driving of the same equipment, and appointed to the control of the final thickness of the layer of plaster and the recovery of the product projected in excess, that comes, then put again in circle by the rolls, (6) and from the belt (8) wich rotates against the rotor (5).
The machine, according to the type of effected loading, it is able, in automatic way entirely, of well to homogenize the mixture and to spread the product over finite widths on the walls, practically corresponding to the frontal crosswise dimensions of the machine. The operational models of the machine spread vertical layers of 50 or 100 centimeters of width. Naturally these dimensions can vary both to second, as is said, of the transversal dimensions of the machine, but also of the operational light of the machine, that is eventually adjustable. In fact, a plate of transversal closing (9) with relative tightelements, manually adjusted allows the machine to spread the product on inferior widths of masonry to its operational transversal light, (for instance in proximity of the breaches or the balconies).
The machine can work both to the inside, on proper autonomous structure of support or on fork operated by operator, that to the outside still on own structure of support or on auxiliary mobile bridges. The heights of competence depend on the structure of support on which the machine is placed: with autonomous structure it succeeds in covering heights up
to 400 cms; with auxiliary structure (type mobile bridge) it succeeds in covering whole facades of buildings.
As it structures autonomous of support and of manoeuvre, a motorized structure has been anticipated endowed with plinth and extensible in height, constituted by guides formed by two couples of props one of which vertically slides on the other, in such way that the bound machine restrained at the top by the latter is able to reach the maximum height allowed
The restocking of the prepacked first matter can be effected both manually and in continuous with pipe loader commanded by an electrical level sensor, that with probes precalibrated handles to maintain inside the equipment the level of the product among a minimum and a maximum, so that to avoid work to empty or not homogeneous. All the drivings and the controls can happen both locally and to distance, by radio. The optimal speed of advancement is inclusive between the 6 and the 8 meters to the minute with the machine placed on its structure of support, while instead, with operation on mobile bridge, the machine is able to regulate its speed to the forward speed of the bridge itself. In such optics, the comparison with the preparation and the daily surrender of the traditional workmanships is abysmal; in fact, to the few square meters for hours, that a normal specialized operator succeeds to realize, are contrasted the hundred square meters realized by the machine for plaster automatic.
All the drivings of the machine are activated to motor, positioned in a rear compartment (10), that can be both of the type to burst, that fed by electric energy and to compressed air or, finally, in particular situations, with hydraulic system. The machine is conceived for being able also to work with a series of carrying ribbons in rubber on rolls that, using the system to natural drop, they handle the
spread out one of the product and to the finishing touch of the same. The equipment in such case is conceived with 8 rolls to contrasted rotation, of these, four handle the workmanship and the impression of the product on the masonry, and, the others four to the finishing touch and the guarantee of the constancy of the thickness of the plaster. Finally, the road and trimmer plate handle the superficial finish and the recovery of the product in excess, that comes, then put again in circle from the inferior rolls and from the relative counter rotating belt.
