Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de formage d'un produit creux à partir de deux feuilles de plastique, selon lesquels un premier et un second moule (28, 34) femelle sont montés sur des plateaux de presse formeuse (24, 26) supérieurs et inférieurs de manière à être placés respectivement face à un poinçon auxiliaire (32, 38) situé sur les plateaux supérieurs et inférieurs, en alignement avec chaque moule. Une feuille préchauffée est avancée en alignement avec chaque moule et les plateaux de presse sont fermés afin de former une partie (A1, B1) du produit dans chaque moule. Après ouverture des plateaux, le moule et une partie retenue sont décalés sur le plateau pour être placés en alignement avec le moule et la partie retenue inférieurs, une pièce étant mise en place dans la partie inférieure (B1) par un robot (48), pendant le décalage du moule, et les plateaux de presse sont à nouveau fermés pour rapprocher et réunir les parties opposées afin de former ledit produit.
