Elektrisches Widerstands-Bauelement mit elektrisch leitend dotiertem Diamant im Widerstandsbereich sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung desselben, wobei der Widerstandsbereich als Widerstandsschicht auf einem Substrat ausgeführt sein kann und das Substrat mindestens teilweise aus elektrisch nichtleitendem Diamant bestehen kann.
