Abstract

L'invention concerne divers anticorps présentant différentes caractéristiques de liaison qui permettant la liaison structurelle de la MBL normale ou anormale à la mannane ou à un anticorps anti-MBL. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés de sélection d'anticorps anti-MBL présentant différentes caractéristiques de liaison ainsi que des procédés et des kits d'utilisation de ces anticorps pour mesurer la MBL capable de se lier à la mannane, ou pour mesurer la MBL normalement oligomérisée ou faiblement oligomérisée dans un échantillon. Ces procédés et kits sont en outre utilisés dans le diagnostic de l'exacerbation et de la susceptibilité accrue aux infections et des maladies auto-immunes.
