Abstract
The inventive mixture for producing cellular concrete comprises soluble glass, a barium-containing filler made of fine glass and a foam-former. Said mixture contains the filler in the form of fine glass of kinescope screen whose specific surface area ranges from 3500 to 5000 cm2/g and broken glass of kinescope screens with a fraction ranging from 1.25 to 0.14 mm according to the following component ratio: 5-10 mass % of soluble glass, 27-33 mass % of fine glass of kinescope screens, 50-60 mass % of broken glass of kinescope screens, 0.5-1.0 mass % of foam-former, the remainder being water. The inventive raw mixture used for producing cellular concrete makes it possible to obtain a construction material exhibiting radiation protection properties, having a relatively low density and high strength and heat-protection characteristics. Said material is environmentally safe at the production and use, relatively cheap and the production thereof does not require sophisticated technology and makes it possible to recycle waste glass of kinescope.
