Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de nettoyage de récipients et de circuits de tuyauterie contaminés par des substances organiques, par application de solvants en phase gazeuse. Ce procédé consiste à vaporiser le solvant dans un récipient de réchauffement sous vide ; à injecter le solvant vaporisé dans l'installation et à dissoudre le contaminant ; à aspirer et à filtrer la dissolution ; à récupérer « in situ » le solvant contaminé ; à traiter les gaz vecteurs et à ventiler l'installation. Le procédé se caractérise par le fait qu'il fait intervenir une pompe à vide permettant de maintenir le vide dans le récipient de vaporisation ; d'injecter le solvant en phase gazeuse dans l'installation ; d'aspirer et de filtrer la dissolution ; et de récupérer le solvant contaminé par distillation sous vide. Le procédé de l'invention est destiné au nettoyage de cuves de stockage, de citernes de transport maritime et terrestre, d'oléoducs, de circuits de tuyauterie et d'unités de traitement.
