Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition et l'utilisation de cette composition, laquelle présente une activité anti-inflammatoire et comprend un monomère macromoléculaire monodispersé, tel qu'un dendrimère renfermant une pluralité de groupes terminaux, ou des molécules liées/complexées à des fractions médicamenteuses présentant une activité anti-inflammatoire ou favorisant l'activité anti-inflammatoire. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de cette composition dans une préparation pharmaceutique destinée à traiter une maladie ou des états pathologiques associés à une inflammation.
