Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage conçu pour contenir des produits alimentaires (3), de préférence, des produits alimentaires (3) destinés à être chauffés dans un four à micro-ondes. Cet emballage comprend un plateau (1) et un film plastique (4) destiné à recouvrir le plateau (1). Un deuxième film plastique (2) est placé entre le plateau (1) et le premier film plastique (4). Ce deuxième film plastique (2) est destiné lors de son utilisation à s'adapter au produit alimentaire en épousant sa forme par création d'un vide dans l'espace qui sépare le premier film plastique (4) et le deuxième film plasmique (2) et qui contient le produit alimentaire (3). L'invention concerne également un procédé d'emballage de produits alimentaires dans l'emballage susmentionné. Ce procédé consiste à placer ce deuxième film plastique (2) dans le plateau (1) ; à déposer les produits alimentaires (3) sur le deuxième film plastique (2) dans le plateau; à appliquer ce premier film plastique (4) sur le produit alimentaire (3) déposé sur le deuxième film plastique (2) dans le plateau (1) et à faire le vide dans l'espace qui sépare le premier film plastique (4) et le deuxième film plastique (2) et qui contient le produit alimentaire (3).
