Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit en tôle d'acier à ultra haute résistance, la pièce initiale utilisée étant constituée d'une pièce en fer métallique, alliée avec du chrome, du nickel et du carbone en proportions prédéterminées. Cette pièce initiale est soumise à une déformation plastique à froid complète ou partielle par étirage ou allongement à une température et/ou à un degré de déformation prédéterminés, qui déterminent ou sont déterminant pour la limite d'élasticité du produit final, en fournissant un durcissement de déformation important, qui confère au produit final une résistance augmentée plusieurs fois totalement ou partiellement ou une limite d'élasticité supérieure, en comparaison avec la limite d'élasticité de la pièce initiale.
