Abstract

A floor panel, wherein joists are disposed on backing plywood, panel heaters are put on the backing plywood between the joists, the floor finish materials are disposed on the upper surfaces of the panel heaters, and the heat source of the panel heaters is a PTC ceramic composition for heater formed mainly of (Ba1-x-y-zSrxCayRz) TiO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.2, 0 ≤ z ≤ 0.01, R: triatomic rare earth element or one or more types of elements selected from Y and Sb), having Mn compound added thereto by 0.05 to 0.3 mol% before temporary baking, and having Mn resolved by 0.001 mol% or more in the particles thereof, whereby the floor finish materials can be easily selected and replaced, the floor panel can cope with a flat having a backing of concrete slab structure, and excellent sound insulation, workability, and maintenance can be provided.
