Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant la distribution de boissons chaudes et un procédé de préparation de boisson chaude. Ce dispositif (1) comporte un réservoir de chauffage (3) comprenant un fond (7) doté d'une ouverture (9) de sortie. Une spirale (13) de chauffage électrique est placée sous le réservoir de chauffage (3) et sert à chauffer le contenu de ce dernier. Ce dispositif (1) comprend également un tube (25) d'alimentation en gaz dont l'extrémité (27) est placée à proximité de fond (7) du réservoir de chauffage, et qui permet de chauffer la boisson contenue dans le réservoir de manière régulière et de maintenir une composition homogène de la boisson, et un dispositif (29) d'alimentation en gaz qui injecte le gaz dans la boisson contenue dans le réservoir (3) de chauffage de manière à faire circuler la boisson. Ce dispositif (1) comprend en outre un réservoir (17) intégré à un conduit (15) de transport de boisson, et permettant de doser la boisson à servir, et deux soupapes (19 et 21) ouvrant et fermant le conduit de transport de boisson. Ce dispositif (1) comprend des dispositifs de chauffage additionnels qui servent à chauffer le contenu du réservoir (17) de manière à permettre une distribution rapide de la première portion de boisson lors du démarrage du dispositif.
