Abstract

The present invention is a steel sheet characterized by: containing, in mass, C: 0.0030% or less, S: 0.020% or more, N: 0.0080% or less, and Al: 0.040% or less; and satisfying, B/N: 0.40 to 2.70, and Al/B: 30 or less; and,if occasion demands, satisfying the following expression:(amount of N existing as AlN) / (amount of N existing as BN) < 0.40. By the present invention, good workability can be secured, fracture resulting from stress concentration caused by poor weldability can be decreased and, further, as the properties are good even when an annealing temperature is low, highly efficient production can be realized while heat buckling is prevented from occurring.
