Abstract

The invention relates to an improved business card file of the type that is used to file multiple business cards. The inventive file is characterised in that it comprises a group of covers (1) which contain a set of sheets (2). The surface of the aforementioned sheets comprises: a) adhesive strips (7), which are used to affix the business cards (5) to same, and free spaces (17), next to said strips, which are used for annotations; b) pouches (3), which are used to protect the business cards (5) inserted therein, and a set of free spaces (17), next to said pouches, which are used for annotations; c) two sets of pouches (3 and 2), the first set (3) being used to protect the business cards (5) inserted therein and the second set (4) being used to protect labels (6) which are used for annotations.

Description

ARCHIVER FOR IMPROVED BUSINESS CARDS OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present international application, as expressed in the wording of this specification, refers to three new file cabinets for improved business cards, which were registered in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, as Utility Models, with application numbers U200200280, U200200281, U200200282. These filing cabinets have been designed to allow the quick and easy archiving of business cards, while being able to make important and interesting annotations with them concerning the company and the person who delivered these cards, thus allowing a better classification and organization. of them, all through the inclusion of elements of great simplicity and effectiveness. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Different types of filing cabinets for business cards are known, mainly made of plastic materials, which have a set of hard covers and a series of sheets inside which are provided with sections or covers made of transparent plastic material, inside which are they keep the business cards according to the criteria of the person who files them.

These filing cabinets can have the sheets joined together and to the covers by different systems, such as using separable rings (thus being interchangeable blades), or by gluing said sheets on the spine of the file between the caps (by thermo-sealing on case of plastic materials).

To give the filing cabinets distinction and elegance, their covers can be made and covered in noble materials (for example leather), or in materials of elegant appearance (synthetic leather) but more economical. Likewise, these filing cabinets can constitute an object of propaganda or promotion for companies, being able to carry in their printed covers commercial brands, as well as different advertising signs. However, all currently known types of filing cabinets have great functional limitations, since they only allow a number of business cards to be filed inside them, but without any type of annotation along with the cards on the person who gives us the card. delivered or under what circumstances.

It is known that business cards usually only include the name and position of the person who gives it to us and the company to which it belongs, as well as its social address, so once delivered and filed it is difficult to remember the person who gave them to us, the impression that this gave us, and in what circumstances they were.

To avoid this problem, during the fairs and congresses the attending companies frequently resort to the use of notebooks or notebooks in which they stick (using sticks of glue), or staple the business cards on the blank pages, noting together all these types of data and impressions related to the people who gave them the cards, as well as data related to the companies to which they belong (for example type of manufactured product, industrial sector), noting also the reasons and circumstances of their meeting (for example the realization of an order or offer) and other information of interest such as personal references, upcoming contacts or appointments, etc.

This system is very annoying and cumbersome for commercials, since the purpose of these notebooks or notebooks is to serve to make notes on their pages, being designed primarily for use in schools and universities, so it is not appropriate or elegant its use by commercials in stand of fairs, congresses, etc.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The filers for business cards, object of the present international application, which were registered in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, as Utility Models with application numbers U200200280, U200200281, U200200282, are described below. Utility Model U200200280:

It consists of a set of covers and a set of sheets, which have on their faces a series of adhesive strips on which the business cards are pasted, each of said adhesive strips being covered by a protective strip; having provided next to said adhesive strips a series of free spaces for the realization of all kinds of annotations referring to the companies and the persons who delivered said cards. Preferably the sheets of the filing cabinet must be made of cellulosic materials (such as paper and cardboard), so that they can be used to write the notes relating to the cards.

Adhesive strips are preferably made of low adhesive compounds, which allow the cards to be removed easily and without the need for great efforts that could tear or damage the cards; they can be constituted by strips of adhesive material directly spilled or applied on the sheets of the file cabinet, or they can be constituted by independent adhesive strips stuck on the surface of said sheets. Likewise, the adhesive strips will preferably be arranged in a column next to one of the edges of the sheet, in an undefined number that will depend on the dimensions of the sheet. Each adhesive strip will be covered by a protective strip (preferably made of waxed paper) that avoids its contact with the rest of the pages of the notebook, as well as with any other object, preventing it from being stuck to it unintentionally. Adjacent to the adhesive strips have been arranged free spaces that allow you to make all kinds of annotations concerning the company or the person who delivered these cards, as well as any other data of interest.

Likewise, and in order to facilitate the gluing of the cards on the adhesive strips, the sheets can contain a series of centering marks next to said adhesive strips, which delimit the area to be occupied by the cards. Utility Model U200200281:

It consists of a notebook or filing cabinet, consisting of a set of covers and a set of sheets, which have on their faces a series of covers on which the business cards are introduced, a series of cards having been foreseen together with said covers. free spaces for the realization of all types of annotations referring to the companies and the people who delivered these cards. On the other hand, the sheets can be supplied directly with the file cabinet, or they can be acquired independently, and they can also be ordinary pages of those commonly sold in stores and stationeries.

All the described filing cabinet models have in common that: a) the covers are preferably made of materials of a certain hardness or stiffness to give protection to the sheets (for example in materials plastics or cellulose like cardboard). These covers can be separated or joined together by an extension of the same as a spine. b) the covers of the second and third filing cabinet model will preferably be arranged on both sides of the sheets, and in an orderly manner (for example in a column) next to one of the edges of the sheet, in an undefined number that will depend on the dimensions of the sheet, manufacturing preferences and end use needs; such sleeves can be attached to the surface of the sheet by very different systems, such as by gluing, sewing, heat sealing (in the case of plastic materials), etc. c) to facilitate the writing of these annotations, the free spaces of the first and second filing cabinet model may contain printed boxes and lines that guide and guide the annotations. d) the sheets can also be made in very different materials, such as paper, cardboard, or plastic, the latter being the most recommended for its qualities of use and its low cost. On the other hand, the sheets can be formed by sheets folded in half, and by this fold glued or sewn on the back of the file (thus having this form of book). Likewise, the sheets can also remain joined together and to the covers through very different systems, such as by gluing their inner edge on the back of the filing cabinet, by means of a spiral wound wire, or by means of a separable ring system ( allowing the latter system to extract and replenish sheets of the filing cabinet), etc. e) in order to give a touch of distinction to the filing cabinets, the covers and sheets, as well as the covers for the cards and sheets, can also be made or decorated with materials or objects of quality and elegance (leather, chrome, embroidery , etc.), just as it is possible to provide the filing cabinet with advertising signs and anagrams, which convert it into a gift or promotion object. To facilitate a better understanding of the invention, and its various examples of preferred application have been included together with the present specification descriptive several sets of drawings, in which the object of the invention has been represented by way of illustration and not limitation. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES.

Next, a description is made of a second preferred embodiment of the invention, referred to the model application of Utility U200200280 with reference to the numbering adopted in figures 1, 2 and 3. For this second preferred embodiment, a filing cabinet provided with a set of covers 1, which houses inside a set of sheets 2 of paper, has been chosen. , which are joined together by means of a rolled wire 9, thus forming a filing cabinet for business cards in the form of a notebook (Figure 1). This form of notebook, preferably adopted, makes it easy to tear off the sheets 2, which can be especially useful for discarding those sheets that no longer work.

In this second preferred embodiment the filing cabinet has a column of three adhesive strips 7 per page, each of said adhesive strips 7 being covered by a protective strip 8 made of waxed paper

(Figure 2), which prevent the adhesive strips 7 from sticking together when closing the file, or which may adhere to the sheets 2.

To adhere the business cards 5 to the adhesive strips 7, it will suffice to detach the protective strips 8 by stretching them at one of their ends with the fingers (figure 2), and placing the card 5 on the adhesive strip 7, centering it by the centering marks 14 disposed adjacent said adhesive strips 7.

To easily remove the business cards 5 from the adhesive strips

7, without the need to make great efforts that could tear or damage the cards 5, the adhesive strips 7 should preferably be made with materials or compounds of low adhesive power.

After adhering the cards 5 on the adhesive strips 7, it will be possible to make a multitude of annotations referring to the company and person who gave us the card 5, in the free spaces 17 destined for this purpose that are adjacent to said adhesive strips 7. In this example of embodiment said free spaces 17 have been filled with lines 19 and organized into sections intended to facilitate and order the writing of the person making said annotations. Likewise, these free spaces 17 can be distributed in different ways, and filled with other signs that facilitate the writing and annotation of references by the person who archives the cards, such as, for example, by boxes 15, or by dashed lines 16 , according to preferences of manufacture and use, as shown in the second and third figures.

Thus, this second example of a preferred embodiment allows a large number of business cards to be quickly archived, thanks to its notebook aspect, which makes it very easy and versatile to use for archiving cards at fairs and congresses.

The improved business card file of the present first embodiment may thus have different systems for joining the sheets 2 to each other and to the covers 1, as well as different delimiting elements to guide the writing of annotations in their free spaces 17 on the sheets 2 may also have an indeterminate number of adhesive strips 7 per sheet 2 distributed freely, without thereby changing the essentialities of the invention in this written report. DESCRIPTION OF A SECOND WAY OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Next, a description is made of a second preferred embodiment of the invention, referred to the application of Utility Model U200200281, referring to the numbering adopted in figure 4.

In this second example, the improved filing cabinet for business cards has its lids 1 joined together by an extension thereof which constitutes the spine 12 of the filing cabinet, the sheets 2 being glued by their internal edge 13 on said spine 12, and can also be formed by sheets of paper folded in half and over this fold glued on the back 12 of the filing cabinet. An example of this system would be, starting from a sheet of size A3, fold it in half getting two sheets A4 size, and this fold the paste or sew on the spine 12. This system of union adopted, makes the file has the appearance of a notebook or book, it is necessary to start their sheets 2 to be able to separate them from the filing cabinet.

In this second preferred embodiment, the filing cabinet has a column of three transparent plastic covers 3 on each page. This preferred choice of transparent plastic material for the cases 3, responds to the need to be able to see the cards 5 once filed and to be able to quickly locate a card without having to remove them from the cases 3.

After introducing the cards 5 inside the cases 3, it will be possible to make a multitude of annotations concerning the company and person who gave us the card 5, in the free spaces 17 destined for this purpose that are next to said cases 3. In this exemplary embodiment said free spaces 17 have also been filled with continuous lines 19 and organized into sections intended to facilitate and order the writing of the person making said annotations. As in the second preferred application example, the free spaces 17 can be distributed in different ways, and filled with other signs that facilitate the writing and annotation of references.

The improved business card file of the present invention can thus have different systems for joining the sheets 2 to each other and to the covers 1, as well as different delimiting elements to guide the writing of annotations in their free spaces 17 on the sheets 2, may also have an indeterminate number of covers 3 per sheet 2 distributed freely, without thereby changing the essentials of the invention in this report written.

Next, a description is made of a third preferred embodiment of the invention, referred to the application of Utility Model U200200282, referring to the numbering adopted in figure 5.

For this third example of preferred embodiment, a filing cabinet provided with a set of lids 1 has been chosen, which are joined together by an extension thereof which configures the spine 12 of the filing cabinet, on the interior of which a system has been adapted. standard of separable rings 10 as a system for joining the sheets 2. These separable rings 10, penetrate through the holes 11 arranged next to the inner edge 13 of the sheets. In this way, it will suffice to open the separable rings 10, in order to be able to extract or exchange any of the sheets 2 of the card filing cabinet, as well as to add new ones. In this third example the sheets 2 have been made in plastic material, and have on both sides two columns of four covers each, the first 3 to keep the business cards 5, and the second 4 to save the sheets 6 for annotations .

The card covers 3, and covers for the annotation sheets 4 will preferably be made of transparent plastic, so that the cards stored therein can be easily visualized, and they are adhered on the sheets 2 by thermo-sealing by heat, which melts and intermixes the components of the surface of both materials (covers and sheets) joining them together. On the other hand, the system for joining the sheets 2 together of the present application example, by means of detachable rings 10, turns out to be the most recommended in the case of permanent card filing cabinets, since it allows replacing and adding new sheets provided with covers 3 and 4 for the archiving of new cards 5 and sheets of annotations 6, according to preferences of use.

The improved business card file of the present third embodiment can therefore be made in a multitude of materials, and dimensions, as well as having different systems for joining the sheets 2 to each other and to the covers 1, as well as using different types or formats of sheets 6, which may be independently included or not in the file cabinet, being able to acquire them separately, without thereby changing the essentialities of the invention in this report.

Thus, the materials used in the manufacture of the components of the file cabinet for improved cards, forms and dimensions thereof, and all the accessory details that may be presented, as long as they do not affect its essential nature, will be independent of the object of the invention.
