Abstract

Chaussure d'entraînement pouvant être utilisée en tant que chaussure décontractée ou en tant que chaussure d'entraînement, et appropriée à l'entraînement à la méthode de la marche bloquée. Une chaussure possédant une semelle à talon sensiblement plat, conçue de sorte que la réaction reçue de la semelle pendant la marche normale soit faible mais augmente sensiblement lorsque l'ampleur de la foulée dépasse une valeur prédéterminée. La semelle est de préférence conçue de manière qu'une réaction augmentant sensiblement soit appliquée sur au moins la proximité de la pointe du gros orteil. La semelle est de préférence dotée d'un élément augmentant la réaction ou d'un élément élastique d'un certain type, quel qu'il soit.
