Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur simultanen quantifizierbaren Bestimmung von infektologisch relevanten Keimen, insbesondere Bakterien und Viren, mittels Analyse über eine Polymerasekettenreaktion (PCR). Hierbei handelt es sich um einen modifizierten PCR-Labortest, welcher der Bestimmung insbesondere zahnmedizinisch relevanter Bakterien und Viren dient. Erfindungsgemäss wird somit eine Probennahmeverrichtung vorgeschlagen, die sich insbesondere durch eine spezifische Ausgestaltung der Kapillare auszeichnet. Die erfindungsgemässe Kapillare ist flexibel ausgestaltet und weist eine Länge von 20 bis 200 mm auf. Durch diese Massnahme wird erreicht, dass auch eine Probennahem, z.B. im Mundbereich an nur sehr schwer zugänglichen Stellen möglich wird.
