Abstract
Es wird eine Polymermembran (10) vorgeschlagen, bei der in den Poren (11) Biomoleküle (12) für bioaffine Wechselwirkungen lokalisiert sind, wobei die Poren (11) im wesentlichen in Form von die Membran (10) durchquerenden offenen Kanälen ausgebildet sind, und wobei die Membran (10) zufuhrseitig (16) mit einer Lösung beaufschlagt wird, die eine Substanz oder ein Substanzgemisch enthält, und ausgangsseitig (17) aus einem Gemisch (19) von dem mittels der Biomoleküle (12) veränderten Produkt (21) und ggf. unveränderter Substanz (15) abgeführt wird, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Polymermembran (10). Dabei sind in den Poren (11) Mittel (20) zur Erzeugung einer turbulenten Strömung vorgesehen. Bei einer möglichen Art des Herstellungsverfahrens der Polymermembran (10) wird die der Membran (10) zugeführte Lösung mit korpuskularen Elementen (20) beladen, und anschliessend in die Poren (11) der Membran (10) geleitet. Anschliessend werden die korpuskularen Elemente (20) in den Poren (11) eine vorbestimmte Zeit bei vorbestimmbarer Temperatur zur Reaktion belassen. Schliesslich wird die Primärmembran (10) dann mit wenigstens einem Lösemittel gewaschen, so dass die in den Poren nicht haftenden korpuskularen Elemente (20) aus der Polymermembran (10) entfernt werden. Danach erfolgt die Bindung der Biomoleküle an die an der Porenwand haftenden korpuskularen Elemente.
