Abstract

Es un suelo compuesto por planchas cuadradas de goma, con pequeños cuadrados de madera adheridos a la goma, quedando entre maderas, una ranura por los cuatro costados de cada madera, conformando una baldosa, que colocadas una al lado de la otra, forman un suelo. Las ranuras entre maderas permiten flexionar a la placa de goma, adaptándose a superficies planas o algo curvadas, mientras que la goma, que es la base de la baldosa, tiene característica antideslizante sobre el suelo o contrapiso donde se aplica, mientras que en la parte superior de la baldosa, las ranuras entre maderas le confieren una característica antideslizante al tránsito. No se requiere ningún accesorio para el montaje de la baldosa. El ajuste a salientes en el contrapiso se logra eliminando cuadrados de madera, cortando la goma con un cuchillo filoso a lo largo de las ranuras entre maderas.

MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA
PISO COMPUESTO DE MADERA Y GOMA - FLEXIBLE - ANTIDESLIZANTE
• D E S C R I P C I O N -
TITULO Y CAMPO TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un piso compuesto de madera y goma, flexible, antideslizante, conformando baldosas que permite montarlo sobre contrapisos planos o curvos, sin necesidad de adhesivos.
ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA Y PROBLEMAS A SOLUCIONAR
Al presente, son conocidos una gran cantidad de modalidades de pisos de madera, que se montan de diversas maneras sobre contrapisos planos. Ellos son parquet, multicapas de madera y laminado plástico de varios largos y formas, tableros tarugados y pisos flotantes sobre una capa de velo de poliuretano. En todos los casos se requieren materiales adicionales para la colocación de los pisos, tales como clavos, tornillos, tarugos de madera, adhesivos, velo de poliuretano. Algunos pisos contienen muescas o machimbrados con cierto grado de precisión para el ajuste entre tablas. Para proceder al ajuste final contra marcos de puertas, zócalos o salientes del contrapiso, se deben cortar las tablas para su ajuste, usando sierras para madera, con cierta habilidad de quien lo hace.
La invención resuelve el montaje de pisos de madera, eliminando todos los materiales adicionales de montaje y la mano de obra especializada de ajuste, al tiempo que se puede aplicar sobre un contrapiso plano, o con algún grado de curvatura. Ello se logra con baldosas compuestas con goma, que es la base, sobre la cual se adhieren cuadrados de madera que no se tocan entre si, y que es la superficie de tránsito.
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La finalidad perseguida por la invención se logra adhiriendo sobre la superficie de una pancha de goma del tamaño de una baldosa cuadrada, muchos y pequeños cuadrados de madera, separados entre si por un espacio o ranura. Dichos espacios o ranuras son los que permiten Ja flexión de la goma, pues Ja misma no esta rigidizada por la madera en la zona de las ranuras, y actúa como una bisagra.
Por la característica antideslizante de la goma a usar, que apoya sobre el contrapiso, el suelo no se desliza.
Por la presencia de ranuras en la parte superior, debido a la separación entre maderas, también se forma una superficie antideslizante al tránsito.
El suelo se conforma colocando las baldosas, sin adhesivo, una al lado de la otra.
Los ajustes a marcos de puertas, zócalos o salientes del contrapiso, se logran cortando la goma con una trincheta o cuchillo filoso por la zona de las ranuras, donde queda ia goma expuesta. Se extraen la cantidad de cuadrados de madera requerida para el ajuste.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
A fin de visualizar el objeto de la invención, ha sido ilustrada con dos figuras esquemáticas, que permiten ver la modalidad de la invención:

La figura 2, es una vista en planta de una batdosa del suelo.

En todas las figuras, los mismos números de referencia indican elementos iguales o correspondientes.
Como puede verse en los dibujos el suelo está conformado por baldosas 1 , que están compuestas por una base de goma 2, sobre Ja que están adheridas con el adhesivo 3, los cuadrados de madera 4, que están separados por ranuras 5 que llegan hasta la superficie de goma. Las líneas de rayas 6, indican un posible lugar de corte de la goma, por entre medio de las ranuras entre maderas, lo que permite el ajuste del suelo, al poder extraer cuadrados de madera.
Se puede apreciar que la base de goma 2, se puede flexionar por las zonas de ranuras 5, permitiendo que el suelo se adapte a superficies curvas,, típicas de las cubiertas de los barcos.
La goma de base 2, presenta una superficie antideslizante por su cara en contacto con el contrapiso, que puede ser dé cualquier material. Las ranuras 5, presentan una superficie antideslizante al tránsito.

Claims

- R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S -
1°) Suelo compuesto de madera y goma, caracterizado por estar conformado por baldosas compuestas por una plancha cuadrada de goma, sobre la cual hay adheridos cuadrados mas pequeños de madera, dejando ranuras entre los cuadrados de madera. Las baldosas, colocadas una al fado de la otra, forman el suelo.
2°) Suelo compuesto de madera y goma, caracterizado por su capacidad de aplicarse sobre superficies planas o curvas, al estar conformado por cuadrados de madera, separados por ranuras y adheridos a una plancha de goma, las ranuras permiten que flexione la goma a la que están adheridos los cuadrados de madera.
3°) Suelo compuesto de madera y goma, conformado por baldosas antideslizantes, pues la parte inferior de la baldosa es de goma, que se adhiere al contrapiso, y por su parte superior, las ranuras entre maderas, le dan características antideslizantes al tránsito.
