Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von einem L1-Promoter-regulierten Protein, einem L1-assoziierten Molekül, von L1 bzw. von Erkennungsmolekülen, die gegen die genannten Strukturen gerichtet sind zur Isolierung von Neuronen und Stammzellen für Nervenfasern, insbesondere neuralen und/oder neuronalen Stammzellen, aus einer Probe; die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Isolieren von Neuronen und Stammzellen für Nervenfasern mittels der genannten Erkennungsmoleküle. Anwendungsgebiete der Erfindung sind die Medizin und die pharmazeutische Industrie.
