首先先举一个安排文件为例来详述多个影音文件如何依据该安排文件 来进行重放。 请参见图 1 , 该图是披露本发明的第一具体实施例。 根据该第 一较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放方法, 是将一安排文件与多个影音 文件一起记录至一光学信息记录介质上, 并且依据该安排文件从该光学信 息记录介质对该多个影音文件进行重放。 该光学信息记录介质具有多条轨 迹(track) , 每一个影音文件对应一条轨迹。 多个轨迹号码(track number) 被定义, 每一个轨迹号码指示该多条轨迹中的一条轨迹。
如图 2所示,根据本发明的笫一较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放 方法, 首先进行光学信息记录流程。 先执行步骤 S31 , 由使用者提供多个开 始重放时间(s tar t ing t ime) , 每一个开始重放时间对应该多个轨迹号码中 的一个轨迹号码。 接着执行步骤 S32 , 开设该安排文件, 亦即编辑该安排文 件, 其中该安排文件包含该多个轨迹号码以及该多个对应的开始重放时 间。 在步骤 S 32之后, 接着执行步驟 S 33, 将该安排文件记录至该光学信息 记录介质上, 并且将该多个影音文件记录至该光学信息记录介盾的所对应 的轨迹上。
当使用者需要从该光学信息记录介质重放该多个影音文件时, 则进行 光学信息重放流程。 先执行步骤 S34 ,从该光学信息记录介质撷取该安排文 件。 接着执行步骤 S35 , 根据该安排文件, 监控该多个开始重放时间中的一 个开始重放时间是否到来。 若步骤 S35为肯定, 则执行步骤 S36 , 取对应该 开始重放时间已到来的轨迹号码为一重放轨迹号码。 在步骤 S 36之后, 执 行步驟 S37 , 撷取记录于该重放轨迹号码所指引的轨迹上的影音文件, 并且 重放该所撷取的影音文件。
根据本发明的第二较佳具体实施例所提供的光学信息记录 /重放方 法, 是基于本发明的第一较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放方法进行变 化而得到的。 根据本发明的第二较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放方 法, 其光学信息记录流程大致上与图 2所示的步骤 S31至步骤 S33相同。 不同之处在于步骤 S 31中提供了多个结束重放时间(ending t ime) , 每一个 结束重放时间对应该多个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码。 在步骤 S32 中, 所 开设的安排文件包含该多个结束重放时间。 根据本发明的第二较佳具体实 施例的光学信息记录 /重放方法, 其光学信息重放流程亦先执行图 2所示的 步骤 S34至步骤 S 37。 在步骤 S37之后, 进一步执行一步驟, 该步骤是重复 重放该所撷取的影音文件直到对应该重放轨迹号码的结束重放时间到来。
不少重放(播放)场所下, 该至少一个安排文件的个数应该依据一周期 来规划, 这样才能在播放当天针对出现在播放场所的潜在消费族群播放合 适的影音文件, 以达到重放效果。 例如, 依据一周将该至少一个安排文件 的个数规划订定为七个, 或是依据一个月(以一个月总日数 30天为例), 将 该至少一个安排文件的个数规划订定为 30个。
以下将以依据一周为例, 亦即将该至少一个安排文件的个数规划订定 为七个, 来详述多个影音文件如何依据该七个安排文件来进行重放。 请参 见图 3, 该图披露了本发明的第三具体实施例。根据该第三较佳具体实施例 的光学信息记录 /重放方法, 是将七个安排文件与多个影音文件一起记录至 一光学信息记录介质上, 并且依据该七个安排文件从该光学信息记录介盾 对该多个影音文件进行重放。 该光学信息记录介质具有多条轨迹, 每一个 影音文件对应一条轨迹。 多个轨迹号码被定义, 每一个轨迹号码指示该多 条轨迹中的一条轨迹。
如图 3所示, ^^据本发明的第三较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放 方法, 首先进行光学信息记录流程。 先执行步骤 S41 , 由使用者开设该七个 安排文件, 亦即编辑该七个安排文件, 其中每一个安排文件对应一周七天 当中的一天, 亦即从星期一至星期日, 每一天对应一个安排文件。 接着执 行步骤 S42 ,由使用者对每一个安排文件分别提供该多个轨迹号码以及多个 开始重放时间, 在每一个安排文件内, 每一个开始重放时间对应该多个轨 迹号码中的一个轨迹号码。 在步骤 S42之后, 接着执行步驟 S43, 将该七个 安排文件记录至该光学信息记录介质上, 并且将该多个影音文件记录至该 光学信息记录介盾的所对应的轨迹上。
当使用者需要从该光学信息记录介质重放该多个影音文件时, 则进行 光学信息重放流程。 先执行步骤 S44, 根据该周的一当前日期(current day) , 从该光学信息记录介质撷取对应该当前日期的安排文件, 例如该当 前日期为星期五, 则撷取对应星期五的安排文件。
接着执行步骤 S45 ,监控该所撷取的安排文件的该多个开始重放时间中 的一个开始重放时间是否到来。 若步骤 S45为肯定, 则执行步骤 S46 , 取对 应该开始重放时间已到来的轨迹号码为一重放轨迹号码。 在步骤 S46之后, 执行步骤 S47 , 撷取记录于该重放轨迹号码所指示的轨迹上的影音文件, 并 且重放该所撷取的影音文件。
根据本发明的第四较佳具体实施例所提供的光学信息记录 /重放方 法, 是基于本发明的笫三较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放方法进行变 化而得到的。 根据本发明的第四较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放方 法, 其光学信息记录流程大致上与图 3所示的步骤 S41至步骤 S43相同。 不同之处在于步骤 S42 中对每一个安排文件提供多个结束重放时间, 每一 个结束重放时间对应该多个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码。 根据本发明的第 四较佳具体实施例的光学信息记录 /重放方法, 其光学信息重放流程亦先执 行图 3所示的步骤 S44至步骤 S47。 在步骤 S47之后, 进一步执行一步骤, 该步驟是重复重放该所撷取的影音文件直到对应该重放轨迹号码的结束重 放时间到来。
关于安排文件的编辑, 以该第四较佳具体实施例为例, 每一个安排文 件是对应一周七天当中的一天。 如图 4所示, 该安排文件 40是以表格型态 呈现供使用者操作。 该安排文件 40是对应星期六, 即表格上所显示的播放 日期 (Playing day )栏。 表格上所显示的轨迹号码(Track No. )栏, 轨迹 号码从 01至 08分别有各自的开始重放时间以及结束重放时间。 该安排文 件是与其他六个安排文件与多个影音文件记录至一光学信息记录介质上。 当日期进展到星期六时, 即从该光学信息记录介质撷取该安排文件 40, 并 且依照该安排文件 40所记录的开始重放时间以及结束重放时间来对该多个 影音文件进行重放。
由以上几个较佳具体实施例的说明, 可以明显地看出, 根据本发明的 光学信息记录 /重放方法应用于特定场所下的影音多媒体文件播放, 可以依 照预先编辑的播放安排来予以安排播放。 例如像户外大型电子显示板的商 业播放内容, 得以依照周边流动的人口, 得到较佳的节目播放效果, 使广 告或其他投资者得到较佳的投资报酬率。
通过以上较佳具体实施例的详述, 希望能更加清楚描述本发明的特征 与精神, 而并非以上述所披露的较佳具体实施例来对本发明的范畴加以限 制。 相反地, 其目的是希望对本发明所作的各种改变及具相等性的安排均 属于本发明的权利要求的保护范畴。 因此, 在上述关于本发明的具体实施 例除已提及按周、 月规划安排文件的个数外, 亦可扩及季、 年等更长的周 期。 并且除适用于光学信息记录介质的影音文件的播放安排之外, 亦可广 泛地被具体实施于其他存储装置的多媒体影音数据的播放安排。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种光学信息记录及重放的方法, 该方法记录多个影音文件 (video/audio f i le)在一光学信息记录介质上(opt ica l informat ion recording medium) , 该方法从该光学信息记录介质重放该多个影音文件, 该光学信息记录介质具有多条轨迹(track) , 每一个影音文件对应一条轨 迹, 多个轨迹号码(track number)被定义, 每一个轨迹号码指示该多条轨 迹中的一条轨迹, 该方法包含下列步驟:
(1) 提供多个开始重放时间, 每一个开始重放时间对应该多个轨迹号 码中的一个轨迹号码, 并且开设一安排文件(schedule f i le) , 该安非文件 包含该多个轨迹号码以及该多个对应的开始重放时间;
(2) 纪录该安排文件至该光学信息记录介质上, 并且记录该多个影音 文件至该光学信息记录介廣的所对应的轨迹上;
(3) 从该光学信息记录介质撷取该安排文件;
(4) 据该安排文件, 监控该多个开始重放时间中的一个开始重放时 间是否到来;
(5) 若步骤(4)为肯定, 取对应该开始重放时间已到来的轨迹号码为一 重放轨迹号码; 以及
(6) 撷取记录于该重放轨迹号码所指引的轨迹上的影音文件, 并且重 放该所擷取的影音文件。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 在步骤(1)中, 还提供多个结束重放时 间, 每一个结束重放时间对应该多个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码, 该安排 文件还包含该多个结束重放时间, 该方法进一步包含下列步驟:
(7) 重复重放该所撷取的影音文件直到对应该重放轨迹号码的结束重 放时间到来。
3. 一种光学信息记录及重放的方法, 该方法记录多个影音文件 (video/audio f i le)在一光学信息记录介 上 (opt ical informat ion recording medium) , 该方法从该光学信息记录介质重放该多个影音文件, 该光学信息记录介质具有多条轨迹(track) , 每一个影音文件对应该多条轨 迹中的一条轨^, 多个轨迹号码(track number)被定义, 每一个轨迹号码 指示该多条轨迹中的一条轨迹, 该方法包含下列步骤: (1) 开设七个安排文件(schedule f i le) , 每一个安排文件对应一周七 天当中的一天, 并且对每一个安排文件分别提供该多个轨迹号码以及多个 开始重放时间, 在每一个安排文件内, 每一个开始重放时间对应该多个轨 迹号码中的一个轨迹号码;
(2) 纪录该七个安排文件至该光学信息记录介质上, 并且记录该多个 影音文件至该光学信息记录介质的所对应的轨迹上;
(3) 根据该周之一当前日期(current day) , 从该光学信息记录介质撷 取对应该当前日期的安排文件;
(4) 监控该所撷取的安排文件的该多个开始重放时间中的一个开始重 放时间是否到来;
(5) 若步骤(4)为肯定, 取对应该开始重放时间已到来的轨迹号码为一 重放轨迹号码; 以及
(6) 撷取记录于该重放轨迹号码所指引的轨迹上的影音文件, 并且重 放该所撷取的影音文件。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 在步骤(1)中, 对每一个安排文件并且 分别提供多个结束重放时间, 在每一个安排文件内, 每一个结束重放时间 对应该多个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码, 该方法进一步包含下列步骤:
(7) 重复重放该所撷取的影音文件直到对应该重放轨迹号码的结束重 放时间到来。
5. —种根据七个安排文件从一光学信息记录介质 (opt i ca l informat ion recording medium)重放多个光学影音文件 (video/audio f i le) 的方法, 每一个安排文件对应一周七天当中的一天, 该光学信息记录具有 多条轨迹(tradk) , 每一个影音文件对应该多条轨迹中的一条轨迹并且被记 录在该对应的轨迹上, 多个轨迹号码(track number)被定义, 每一个轨迹 号码指示该多条轨迹中的一条轨迹, 每一个安排文件分别包含该多个轨迹 号码以及多个开始重放时间, 在每一个安排文件中, 每一个开始重放时间 对应该多个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码, 该方法包含下列步驟:
(1) 才艮据该周的一当前日期(current day), 取对应该当前日期的安排 文件为一重放安排文件;
(2) 监控该重放安排文件的该多个开始重放时间中的一个开始重放时 间是否到来; (3) 若步骤(2)为肯定, 取对应该开始重放时间已到来的该轨迹号码为 一重放轨迹号码; 以及
(4) 撷取记录于该重放轨迹号码指示的轨迹上的影音文件, 并且重放 该所撷取的影音文件。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 在步骤(1)中, 每一个安排文件还分别 包含多个结束重放时间, 在每一个安排文件内, 每一个结束重放时间对应 该多个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码, 该方法进一步包含下列步骤:
(7) 重复重放该所撷取的影音文件直到对应该重放轨迹号码的结束重 放时间到来。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中该七个安排文件被记录于该光学信 息介质。
8. —种光学信息记录及重放的方法, 该方法记录多个影音文件 (video/audio f i le)于一光学信息记录介貭上 (opt ica l informat ion recording medium) , 该方法从该光学信息记录介质重放该多个影音文件, 该光学信息记录介质具有多条轨迹(track) , 每一个影音文件对应该多条轨 迹中的一条轨迹, 多个轨迹号码(track number)被定义, 每一个轨迹号码 指示该多条轨迹中的一条轨迹, 该方法包含下列步骤:
(1) 开设多个安排文件(schedule f i le) , 每一个安排文件对应一月(a month)当中的一天, 并且对每一个安排文件分别提供该多个轨迹号码以及 多个开始重放时间, 在每一个安排文件内, 每一个开始重放时间对应该多 个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码;
(2) 纪录该多个安排文件至该光学信息记录介质上, 并且记录该多个 影音文件至该光学信息记录介质的所对应的轨迹上;
(3) 根据该月的一当前日期(current day) , 从该光学信息记录介质撷 取对应该当前日期的安排文件;
(4) 监控该所撷取的安排文件的该多个开始重放时间中的一个开始重 放时间是否到来;
(5) 若步驟(4)为肯定, 取对应该开始重放时间已到来的该轨迹号码为 一重放轨迹号码; 以及
(6) 撷取记录于该重放轨迹号码所指示的轨迹上的影音文件, 并且重 放该所撷取的影音文件。
9. 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 在步骤(1)中, 对每一个安排文件还分 别提供多个结束重放时间, 在每一个安排文件内, 每一个结束重放时间对 应该多个轨迹号码中的一个轨迹号码, 每一个安排文件还包含该多个对应 的结束重放时间, 该方法进一步包含下列步驟:
(7) 重复重放该所撷取的影音文件直到对应该重放轨迹号码的结束重 放时间到来。
